We went to Salon U with a prayer, we got seen right away and the ladies were AMAZING. My son was able to fly back home to Dallas with his dignity lol. Then my 20 yr old daughter made an appointment with Logan, my daughters hair was done so well, she got highlights and a cut, then she went back a few months later, Logan again made her hair beautiful with the color, so by now I'm like I gotta get in to this salon, I booked with Logan, I got a cut and highlights. The vibes in the salon are so relaxed and friendly. It's clean and comfortable. I had an appointment and he didn't come get me for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment! I should have gotten up and left - little did I know I was in for the worst haircut experience ever. I showed him pictures and told him I wanted a textured bob. I should have known I was in for it when he said "Oh yeah! I used to do that cut all the time in the 80s!" I walked out of there with a short bob. I asked him to put layers in so it wouldn't be so blunt, but his next client was sitting there waiting and he urged me to give it a few days to see if I get used to it. I never did. Don't make the mistake that I did thinking that if someone's name is on the salon they care. He did not care that I was a new client and waited for 45 minutes before finally being shampooed and he certainly didn't care that I was unhappy with the cut and asked for changes.
