I have been going to Kelly Latte's for years since I was a teenager. They still are slow with their drinks. Each time i visit i always end up waiting about 5+ minutes for my drink. Either because their espresso machine is slow, the baristas are slow, or their payment machines arent working. Their baristas are sweet though. I havent had a rude one since back then. Overall, I cant help but still visit because i love how unique their signature drinks are. They just need to get their service better. read more

This place usually has a long line out the window, so I would say I got fairly lucky! I decided to try out their cinnabon latte for the first time and I'm so sad it took me this long. It was the perfect amount of sweetness, the coffee wasn't too strong and the right amount of spice from the cinnamon. I'll be back again! read more

There's a long line 90% of the time when I pass by so I only go when it happens to be not busy. But even when there's only 1 car in front of me, it does seem to take a while. Luckily the coffee and snacks are usually good so it's worth the wait if I'm not in a rush. Their mini cinnamon donuts are delicious & they usually have a BOGO deal. It's drive through only but if you have a dog there's a little dog park (also owned by the coffee stand) and a nice small table to sit at outside in the parking lot. They also have two windows for drive up....however, the time it takes to get your Coffee is really slow. Started going to a another stand becuase they see an emphasis on moving quickly. This is one of those coffee shops that's insanely popular. Even with a window on either side, people will see the parking lot is full and just stop on the 2 lane road to wait. Trying to get to work? A lot of people haven't had their coffee yet so they're super inconsiderate. I kinda don't get the hype. Is the coffee good? Sure. Is it good enough to wait 20+ min for when they're bursting at the seams? No. And is it worth it to be an AH to others and block their path? Absolutely not. They have several fun signature drinks here, provide coconut milk, and also have a variety of energy and milkshakes. You can also buy things like cigarettes and a gallon of milk because why not? Service has always been friendly and fast (if the line is more than 2 cars deep I don't go so that helps!). Using cards here is a little weird. They don't ask me to sign anything or give me a touch screen, etc. Drink is $5.25 on the menu (and there's going to be tax, of course), but I get charged either $6.17 or $5.78 depending on...???? read more

I went to Kelly's on my way to work last week. I have always driven by this Kelly's since I grew up in Kent, but I've never gone there. I decided since I was running late to work I could run a little later and at least have a coffee and a snack when I get there. I saw it on their menu that they had mini donuts, so naturally, as a teacher I decided I am going to get my first grade class some mini donuts. I ordered two dozen cinnamon and sugar mini donuts. I asked the lady about the donuts when they were made and if they had enough etc. because I didn't want to inconvenience them them in the drive-through, she was very reassuring, saying that they made them this morning, and that they are always fresh. I also got the blended white mocha, as I drove away I noticed that there was two sides to this drive-through. It was very well-kept and tucked away next to a little dog park, when I got to class I tried my donuts and of course they were delicious. Thank you Kelly's! read more

This location is awesome. It's a hidden gem. They actually have a dog park in the back that almost no one uses. Great place to get your drink and let your pups play. It has 2 drive thru lanes. The staff is always friendly and wear close. They also have a reward program. They make fresh mini donuts. You can get several different kinds. I think they have plain, powder sugar and cinnamon. I like the plain. They have different frosting to dip the donuts in. After a certain time a day (not sure which time) they have a great deal on the donuts. The selection and amount is limit to what they didn't sell that day. The drinks are awesome. This is definitely a local business we should support. read more

But, they are usually very busy so be prepared for a long wait/car line. Their donuts are bomb. And what's better than reasonable prices? Certainly when I'm tired of Starbucks I'll go out of my way here for a changeup. Drive through lines (2 windows, front and back) can be long and take a while sometimes at rush hour in the AM, but ordering for myself is usually quick. I've tried several drinks (caramel macchiato, toasted mocha, vanilla latte among others) on multiple visits now. My consistent favorite is their iced white mocha. Other drinks were ok, sometimes weak, so I've had to add a shot for more of a coffee kick. Price-wise, drinks are relatively cheaper than Starbucks. Cash is key or else you'll be charged an extra small amount for cards unless you meet a minimum. read more

I love this place! Truth be told, I'm getting a little tired and sick of these larger coffee corporation chains, and find myself loving the more smaller businesses slowly growing and expanding. There are two Kelly's Latte's that I love stopping by. One near Flaming Geyser State Park, and then this one, which is close to home. The service is always great, the coffee is impeccable with a large assortment of flavors and styles. My go to is always an Americano with some heavy cream, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and whatever SF flavoring I'm in the mood for. That's what I love about this place... they have an assortment of Sugar Free flavors to compliment any coffee. Albeit, I could drink it black if I wanted to, I do however, enjoy a variety of flavors. Some other chains don't even offer the traditional seasonal holiday drink I've come to love and savor... the Eggnog Latte. Or they only offer one... yes 1... uno... SF flavor...vanilla. How vanilla is that? Anywho... I truly enjoy the coffee, the service, the occasional strolling of the dog at their dog runs, and the fact that I've yet to have had a bad coffee. Their mini donuts, when fresh and warm, are superb! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures to accompany the review... but I will end with this... their coffees are enjoyable all seasons of the year. Previous to my visiting Kelly's latte, I would see lines out the driveway blocking oncoming traffic and thought they must have amazing coffee. Since then I've been here about five times. It's nothing spectacular - just alright coffee. Yes, Kelly's has the charm of a neighborhood coffee hut, but I don't get the appeal and popularity of this place. Not sure what beans they're roasting but the coffee is often times bland and too much sugar in their drinks. The baristas don't put any effort unless it's chatting with regulars that hold up the line. Baristas could also use some personality. Honestly, the Vietnamese noodle house serves better coffee. **review strictly on milkshake** I pass Kelly's frequently since its on the way to my cousins house. I ordered an Oreo milkshake and WOWOWOW! It's super good!!!! I think it can use a little more oreo but it was close to perfection. They have an open dog play area right behind their stand, you will not miss it. There is a reason there is usually a wait and I'm willing to wait in order to treat myself to the worlds best peanut butter milkshake. Hands down one of the best things I've ever had. Worth every indulgent calorie. Coffees are great too with lots of fun flavors but their shakes made with real ice cream are the stars in my opinion.
