It turned out great. Late last year they reached out to Chad to have him build one for my daughter's preschool. Chad agreed to do it and my in-laws gave him a $2,000 deposit check. Since then, Chad has dropped off the face of the earth and will not communicate with my mother-in-law. She has sent him several texts and emails trying to get an idea of when, if ever, he would be able to install the greenhouse at the school. He sent a text back a couple of weeks ago and mentioned that he was coming up to do the greenhouse a week ago. I drove by the preschool the day he said he was going to be there and saw neither him nor the greenhouse. Someone who takes $2,000 from a retired couple who just want to do something nice for the preschool that their grandchildren have gone to for the past 6+ years has no scruples or moral compass. Chad is despicable, inconsiderate, and should not be allowed to get away with these acts of piracy. Under no circumstances should ANYONE do business with Chad ever again! He should be ashamed of himself and deserves whatever punishment the law, (or a higher power for that matter), decides to hand down to him. Also, the first (and only) good review was left by his ex-whatever (girlfriend/wife). Nice try, Chad!

It was scheduled by Chad to be delivered on at least four occasions over several months, but he never showed up and didn't bother contacting me to say he wasn't coming. I waited at home all weekend each time. I finally gave up and cancelled the order. Chad promised to return my deposit, but instead kept it and ceased all contact. No return phone calls, no e-mail, no communication whatsoever. We live approximately four hours away from each other. I obviously WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a greenhouse from this individual. His "Greenhouses by Chad" website is still up; makes me wonder how many other people he's in the process of ripping off.
