They carry a very limited line of tools, and an even more limited selection of building materials. I assume this location was designed to cater more to the homeowner who only needs a few things but there's nothing to get here that you can't get at Walmart, Atwood's, or Fox for cheaper. That said, the customer service is great, and its a very nice, clean, and well organized store. This is the first true 'Ace Hardware' brand store I've been to, so maybe all their stores are expensive but its too much for me when I know you can get stuff cheaper in town guaranteed, much less online. If you happen to live across the street and only need something basic, then maybe this is the spot for you.

For instance, after trying to book online, I had to make multiple phone calls, was told different things by different people, and never got a clear, consistent answer. When they picked up the vehicle, it hadn't been inspected or cleaned, even though someone was there who seemed responsible. My mother is very small, but interestingly she said the cab itself was very cramped. I had to ask for an extra day and that part was easy to do. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but room for improvement.
