I was on the bulk crew and i was told that since i was a woman, i should not be working, unless i was in the office. The foreman heard this and did nothing to reprimand the drivers, and spherion did nothing to reprimand the foreman. They were making 15.00 bucks off of the city per each employee and only paying me 9.50- 10.50.

I saw first hand what they try to accomplish by lying to people about everything. They genuinely don't care about anything and are very unorganized. I saw people constantly not getting paid or being terminated for no reason. The entire Lubbock office is related to each other and favorites are played with employers. As of today still trying to get my refund for services you have to pre pay for and instead of them going above and beyond to find out for me when I will get my refund they have given me an Amarillo number to call to figure that out myself and still can't reach anyone! I forced myself to go to Grace Clinic to see what was wrong with me. They couldn't figure it out at first and gave me a prescription. A few days later, I went back to Grace Clinic because I was still hurting tremendously, and they drew bloodwork to figure out what was wrong with me. Because I missed a couple of days at the job that they helped me get, I was let go and Snelling refused to help me find another job again after I was finally able to start feeling better, which took a couple of weeks before I was able to get my strength back. I won't use them ever again to try to help me find another job!!!!! People should NOT be punished for getting sick like I was when it wasn't my fault at all!!!!! And yes, I was extremely sick, and I was in a great deal of pain. I could hardly move. My grandmother had died from kidney failure 5 years before this.

I wish I could agree with the rest of the people in here about snelling being so helpful but to me…read morethey are not I have went to them twice in about a 3 years span and both times was a waste of time and gas for me they had me watch a 45 minute video both times and sent me to 1 interview both times but I did not receive the job which is not on them but on me and both times promised they would keep helping me on my search to find a job but did not these people are nice and professional but not reliable
