She tells me that the warehouse is Monday through Friday with overtime through the week and some Saturdays that's mandatory. She has bad communication that will waste people's time. So if you go with this staffing agency make sure to be very direct with her because when I got there she tells me a different story how the warehouse sometimes they work seven days a week which is mandatory sometimes. It really wasted my time and I told her you could have told me this over the phone as I spent time and gas to come over here. Jaylene didn't even have the decency to apologize she just ignored me when I told her about this. So I asked for a manager and she tells me to wait to waste more of my time and I had to go to the manager myself. They requested I went to their seminar and I passed everything necessary for me to continue on with the company and I told them I have full open availability and able to travel anywhere in the IE. I was told I would expect an offer the next day after the seminar and I did not... fast forward a few weeks later there is no communication between me and the company and this is super frustrating cause when you promise someone a job and don't deliver especially after I explained the situation I was in you decide to forget your employees.
