i keep getting spam text at 5am from kelly services. stop, it's really annoying and unprofessional.

So I was with them along time ago and they were great- but now it seems they do everything through text and computers and there is not a person to be found and it is impossible to talk to a person etc- they've gone all AI and it's total garbage- waste of your time - sad to see these companies jump on these cheaper modes of business and ending up going out of business because of their cheapness.. read more

This is hands down the best agency I've worked for. Lots of jobs. Accommodating. And they have some great pay positions. I've worked a couple of jobs long-term and didn't have to worry about a paycheck for months at a time. That's extremely uncommon at other staffing agencies, as most of their assignments are 2 to 3 days long. My original recruiter was Angie and she always kept me informed on any upcoming and available positions. my current recruiter works just as hard and always finds me great positions with great pay. Definitely would recommend Kelly services for anyone who's looking for a job that has great work ethic and is serious about working. No bums! read more

I've worked everything from warehouse to marketing, data entry to accounting -- at least this is a way to get exposure to a company or to have a steady paycheck even if it's not in your field. Be careful in the parking lot... my car got hit -- but I've seen plenty of that in this parking lot. And SHOW UP EARLY because finding the building and suite is an adventure that takes a bit of time. read more

Worst staffing agency ever. I don't recommend. My pay day was Friday and they never gave me my check, they said they mailed it to me the Monday before and I still haven't gotten anything. Update: still haven't received my check. Everytime I call to ask where my check is, they just hang up on me. read more

Never did I think I would have problems with getting paid on time I work because I need the money bills have to get paid but because of they're lack of doing they're job I wasn't paid on time my bill was shut off and my pay check was mailed out when I signed up for the money card direct deposit but because of they're lack of caring and not doing they're job of this person my check is some where in the mail was mailed out on Thursday which was just yesterday so who knows when I will receive it and actually get paid I never had this problem with the recruiter Angie she needs to go back to being a recruiter because every one else just don't care. DONT RECOMMEND ! Krystal, which is a recruiter had posted on fb for a job opening near my city. I was interested so i messaged her to get more info and I then was told to go in to sign up. FIRST OFF, walking in there was awkward. The older lady in the front was not having it and she was like " Im busy rightnow " doing idk what. My recruiter had left for the day so i was waiting for the older lady to help me. I was waiting for a good 10 min but I decided to let her do her "stuff" and walked out to wait till krystal came back the next day. I come sign up again and then waited to get called for that SPECIFIC job. NEVER did she message me for updates on my background since it takes a couple hrs. I would be messaging her about the job and after a week she says "im still waiting on the client to email me the start date" , yet put this after "there overstaffed at this point" like WHAT DO YOU MEAN . Same Issue as everyone else. The girl at the front Desk (Claudia) is by far the more incompetent and disrespectful person in the office. She's completely unhelpful when you ask for their bereavement leave they tell just to take the day off without any information on the process. I asked them to let my employer know what the deal was so they don't think I just didn't show up, they failed to do so resulting in my removal from the assignment. After getting the run around from DIEGO for a week an a half about being reassigned which he never answered my calls during business hours and never returned my voicemails. This place is a joke and ran by a bunch of incompetent so called adults. Instead of being straight up and professional they will beat around the bush and ignore your calls purposely. read more

I really loved how they got my husband a really great job and all, but I hate payroll! His first check they decided to mail and up to one week later he still doesn't have it! He has called since Tuesday. First they said to wait till Wednesday, he did and didn't receive it. He called on Wednesday back and they told him they were going to send another one and if he didn't get it by then, THEN they'll send it to the agency! This is so stressful! I stumbled upon this place through a Craigslist ad that didn't have anything to do with Kelly Services.. I went and too spoke with the rude old lady at the front desk, which was really quick to deny their services all because I already had a part time graveyard job. People apply at job agencies to find jobs , not to get denied the opportunity to find one. I'm sure this company has good values, but clearly the front desk old lady is doing the opposite, I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I was working for this agency for 3 years at a job they sent me too. That company always gave me the run around about getting hired and i spoke to the agency and after them sending a email and no response, gave up and told me well you can stay or go. After i left and was offered another job i declined for another job thru another agency which fell thru and now they tell me no jobs will be offered because of bad terms. If there is one thing I can not tolerate, it is dealing with people who lack professionalism. This place obviously epitomizes that. I have an M.A., and it is pretty clear that if I am at Kelly looking for work, I am willing to except anything. Yes, I may be overqualified for most of what you have to offer, but that does not mean I won't or can not do the job. The woman at the front desk pretty much dismissed me after glancing at my resume and gave me my resume back. She seemed to want to get back to the office holiday party. There has to be a more professional way of denying people work. Take the resume, at least. Toss it in the garbage when I walk out the door if you must, but at least give me or anyone who walks in the respect that they deserve. I have had other complaints from this branch about rudeness. I always like to find out for myself. Now I understand. I do not recommend this agency, and I hope those who are considering it really find something better before they decide to go in and "apply." read more
