They let my BF, say with me until the general anesthesia took effect. When I woke up, apparently they told me my after care but I didn't remember anything. Lucky they told my BF. I had to get 2 refills on my pain prescription which I was able to pick up later in the day of them calling the order in. My BF had to come to Nock years ago for his teeth to be pulled town to get braces, and spoke how kind the staff was. Over all, hopefully not, but if I ever had to have oral surgery again I would totally come back to Dr. Nick and his staff.

They made no effort to even try to work with our insurance despite our insurance giving pre-authorization for an out of network provider.

I will be taking the now pea sized hole under my tongue outside of this state because clearly my health is not important to anyone on the west slope and this was the nail in the coffin. I called Dr. Perino's office early 11/18 to move the appt up. They were helpful, gracious and understanding of the issue. They got me in the same day, extracted the tooth quickly and painlessly. AND, they prescribed the antibiotics to ensure I did not have issues on my trip since the tooth was infected. Dr. Perino was great, his staff is great and I could not have had a better experience.

Since the pain kept coming and going I decided to hold off doing anything until the next week -- that is, until Friday when the pain started to be explosive. Then, I was ready to take action! The problem is that all dental and endodontics offices are closed on Friday. I called the emergency number for the doctor and shortly after Dr Clark called me back and told me to meet her at noon. I felt terrible about interfering with her day off but she couldn't have been more accommodating. When I arrived, Dr Clark whisked me into the office and took care of me in a wonderfully pain-free manner. Since she was alone, she did not to do the entire root canal but just did the part of the procedure that would alleviate the pain. I am the biggest baby when it comes to dental work. Dr. Clark's manner was reassuring and she took care of me. People, if you need an endodontist, she's the one to see. In addition to her expertise, she is a sweet upbeat gal who I wouldn't mind having a cuppa coffee with! I wholeheartedly recommend her. I go back on Monday to get the procedure finished and I know I'm going to bring her some kind of gift. How many people want to give a present to an endodontist??? That's how good she is.

I can't speak highly enough of Western Slope Dental Care and Oral Surgery (WSDCOS...I just found…read moreout what that acronym stands for). We recently adopted a ten year old, chonky tuxedo cat who, we knew, was in need of at least some dental work. After the great people at Jean Fromm Veterinary Clinic made sure he was healthy enough for sedation, WSDCOS took a good look at him and found lots of problems. So many problems that we were a bit concerned for his well being given his age and health history. In the end, WSDCOS had to remove 15 teeth, which left us quite concerned for his long term well being. Well, that was a month ago and our cat, Bob, is doing amazing! The oral surgery was an unqualified success! It's only now that we can tell how much discomfort Bob was in before his dental work. He's much more playful (even 'kitten-like'), he likes nose rubs (which is new), and he enjoys cheek and chin scratches, which made him pull away before.
