The problem is, I'm not a hygienist, I don't work in medicine or even a related field. So why email strangers begging them to work for a dental office? Would you really want person with zero hygienist training inside of your mouth doing a cleaning? I know that I would not trust an untrained person inside of my mouth. They are efficient and friendly and very competent. I can tell that both Drs care about what they are doing and the treatment plan they have designed for my kids. I feel like they train their staff well so that they are reassuring to my nervous kids and able to help administer the plan without much ado. My visits are always prompt, on time and efficient. I have never had to wait to see the Dr.. They run an amazing practice here.

I relayed the information to Grand Dental, they said they would resubmit the claim, I get another bill, I call again and insurance says, they didn't send the right paperwork. I have asked for my entire chart to get it sent and I have yet to receive it. I called again today and was told the release forms are on the website and they are NOT on the website, I got hung up on during a call to cancel and get the right paperwork. Don't go here if you have insurance and want it billed to insurance, they will drop the ball.
