This business is a total rip off. They are liars and take advantage of a first time buyer. My grandson purchased a car from them and paid cash after saving for two years. He gave them $4500 and emptied his savings. His first week replaced a brake rotor on the front and a rear wheel bearing. Two day later the transmission goes out $2875 to fix transmission. In one week this all took place. He is now without a car and no money to repair it, and the warranty they sold him won't cover anything. they took advantage of him. My recommendation would be not to do business with them. I will do what i can to put people like this out of business. read more

I'd leave this business a 0 star if I could. They've removed all reviews from their facebook page. Any negative comments. They pump up their google reviews with fake accounts. READ THE REVIEWS. There are MANY people they sell mechanically unsafe cars to and refuse to make it right. They swindle people on making it right as well. As if it's not bad enough you've been ripped off one time already. Research this business before buying a car. Our transmission was bad when it was sold. I don't know who inspects their cars. They have no towing capabilities, but say they didn't realize there was a problem with a car that was brought from Tennessee! Please do not use this company for your family's safety. They do not care. They just want your money! Big fat F in ethics. read more

this place is basically a car junkyard. we pulled up 3 car had battery charger on them. one of the cars had no coolant. one had a loose oil filter. read more

Service went smoothly, everyone friendly and helpful. It could have been a little faster (just under an hour) and I wish they did free car washes like to many dealers do these day. One other downside, the online scheduling tool does not work and you'll only find out after wasting time and then calling direct for an appointment - the website just keeps you going back and forth, hoping the next click will work. They also never replied to an email I sent asking about how to schedule an appointment. When I asked the person who booked my appointment if they knew it was not working, he just replied that it was not operational yet - but no update on when (or if) it would be working. On 2nd thought, I'm dropping my rating from 4 to 3 stars.

Originally I came just because they were the only dealer with the model and features I wanted but also $15000.00 less than any other dealer in 300 miles radius, I checked! I had been looking for months and was being very picky about features, cost and build quality. My hat off to RAM, I almost walked away after having bought a complete lemon that eas pretty but junk and highly disappointing. RAM fixed every single thing wrong on my new 2017 which was so disappointing. They really pulled it out and delivered a great truck. Back to the dealer; at this point I had dozens of dealers and some downright evil sales people hounding me, lying, etc and I won't spend much time on that. But this dealer was straight up, honest and didn't pull any tricks or treat me poorly either. I was emailing and calling them a lot because they were so far away. They were patient but not pestering. There was a pricing error on one of the websites (not theirs but the factory version) they straightened it out and we moved forward. It only took me minutes to decide about the truck, I'd already driven dozens and knew exactly what I was looking for. My sales guy was professional, not to personal or probing. After awhile we warmed up to each other and because friendly at the right time. The trade in for my pretty 2017 was fair if not a little less than other dealers but as I said they beat the price by $15,000 from anywhere else with the same features I was after. The process to get through finance was ok, it's never great anywhere. But they did not try and get me to buy extra stuff or insurance. They worked with me to get the financing I wanted without strong arming me. They offered some of the extra stuff like paint seal and extended warranty but it was brief and no pressure. I honestly would buy here again, I trusted them and I felt respected. Last, they also sell boats and vacation real estate out of the same dealership which gave it a quirky small town vibe I liked. I literally will drive three hours for honest respectful service, I got it here, thanks!

Only to go a few more days but still within the 30 day mark and the CHECK ENGINE WARNING APPEARS, you call again and get told " remember our last encounter " call the General Manager and then get hung up on! You have to send your titles to Wisconsin and it takes a week or two to get them back. I asked Carlos about dealer to dealer sales and dealer to auction documents from Wisconsin but he wasn't up front with me about it. Becky was straight with me when I asked, but she did not offer the info. I find it deceptive. Lying by ommission. They charge 1600 up front and 350 per month. Plus insurance, plus a bond. This is an investment. I like to know important details like this reassignment issue. I am very pissed off.
