The service we received was not what we expected from a move-out cleaning. The cleaner spent a little over four hours and left mess in many of the rooms and did not clean the appliances. We still had spills on the floor and some shelves. The refrigerator still had food in it and the oven was sprayed with cleaning product but not wiped down. The carpets still had pet hair and other mess as well. We called the management of Strata Cleaning Services to ask for a redo on the cleaning or a refund. The management agreed to schedule a redo. We had already moved out at this point to another state, so we coordinated with a family member who lives about two hours away to meet the cleaner at the house at the scheduled time. On the day of the redo the management of Strata Cleaning let us know that they were running late and might need to reschedule. Our family member had already driven down to our house was waiting for the cleaner so we said we could not reschedule but we would accept a refund. The person from Strata Cleaning got very upset with us and was very rude and said the best he could offer was a $50 dollar refund since his cleaner provided eight hours of cleaning service and he had pictures to confirm the house was cleaned. We disagreed sicne the cleaner was only there for four hours, not eight. We also had our family member send us pictures of the specific things that were not cleaned for confirmation. We ultimately did not get a cleaning redo or a refund from Strata and had to pay for another cleaning service to come so the house was ready for the people we were renting the house to. We tried to call back to Strata but we only got voicemail at that point. We left several voicemails but never got a response back. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a deep clean. This was an extremely stressful and unprofessional experience.

Two cleaners, Lisa and David, came to clean my 2300 sq ft home it took them 3.5 hours, which I thought was rather fast for only two cleaners to finish my whole house, I was also shocked this company only sends two people to do an entire deep clean. - After they were finished I immediately sent payment via Venmo, however the ceiling fans were dusty, the blinds were dusty, the baseboards were not scrubbed clean, the bathroom walls were not scrubbed clean, above the cabinets were not even touched, the fronts of cabinets were not scrubbed, behind the stove wasn't even touched, the shower glass was left cloudy with water spots - I will say the fridge was cleaned well and the bathtubs were cleaned well. I asked them not to vacuum or mop since Im still moving a couple pieces out, they're charging by the hour so don't bother with the carpet, after saying that they STILL VACUUMED THE CARPET. I have just never been more disappointed. Agreeing to pay top dollar ($90 an hour) for an entire home deep clean and coming home to this. I'll never book with Maricopa cleaners again, and I will never recommend it to friends and family. Choose a cleaner who will come look at the space and give you a quote, and maybe send more than only 2 cleaners. When my new tenants arrived to move in their belongings, she refused to step out of their way, created even more of a mess, and even yelled at an elderly tenant. Completely unacceptable behavior.
