For reference, my townhouse is 2 bed / 1 bath, 786 sq ft, and the total cost was $388 including fees. They also send a welcome packet beforehand and everything is manageable through their online portal. Two cleaners plus a trainee arrived on time and spent about 3 hours cleaning. During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough. I'd probably use them again a couple times a year before holidays or hosting guests. For someone who already keeps a clean home, I'm not completely sure the deep clean was worth the full price, but overall I had a positive experience, which is why I'm giving 4 stars.
