There is a need for improvement with Brenda. This morning she came and had her 13 year old daughter cleaning with her. I had her clean for me for a couple of months and she's always talking on the phone with the speaker on which is very loud to listen to. Today she only spent one hour cleaning and made 120.00 dollars. In the beginning months she would cancel my cleaning dates almost weekly. I put a stop to that. Be cautious hiring her. read more

They are good with regular house cleaning and charge a very fair price. However we tried to use them for a short term rental and it's clearly not their forte, even though they claim they are doing another STR but clearly does not know what it entails. We needed a new cleaning service for our house as our last girl went MIA and I think closed. I requested an estimate on Yelp and Brenda was quick, attentive and a great price. We picked a date and they gave me a timeframe which they were spot on as far as time. They both arrived on time with their own supplies and went to work. I showed which rooms needed cleaned and which didn't need it at that time. They were detail oriented and did a fantastic job overall. I would have given 2Brendas a 5 star rating as our first 3 or 4 cleanings were great. However, as they've brought on additional staff, our last cleaning was not good - the floor under the kitchen table was not cleaned, the floor behind my cycle bike was not cleaned, the mirrors still had toothpaste splatters, and I'd paid for baseboard cleaning of which several were not cleaned. The larger frustration was the new staff knocked over the soap dispenser in the powder room and we found it under the vanity; and they knocked my husband's face soap bottle off the shower shelf and we found it on the shower floor with the cap off and all contents poured down the drain. So I am going with a new cleaning service. I did feel they were reasonable priced. read more
