The institution that they go through did not approve me. So, instead of leaving it alone, the salesman Ryan said that he would work on it, with the understanding that I only wanted a secured loan. I left the store with only one signed application to one finance company. Next thing I know, I don't hear any response from him and a couple days later I received a letter from a different well known company, that I was approved for a CREDIT CARD with a high limit. I did not authorize him to look into any revolving. When we approached the store regarding the situation, both the salesman Ryan and owner Dan were quick to put the blame on me and were disrespectful to my very financially savvy girlfriend. They did not issue an apology and told me my only option was to close the card. They tried dancing around the situation and could not give me any concise answer as to how it was opened. Now, I have 5 more inquiries and an open credit card on my credit to negatively impact it when I was EXPLICIT that I ONLY wanted secured.If you give this people your very private, personal information, there is no guarantee what they are signing you up for and how they are damaging your credit. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. THEY ARE DISHONEST, SHADY AND THE CUSTOMER IS NOT THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, THE SALE IS. OPENING UP A LINE OF CREDIT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. I WILL BE FILING EVERY COMPLAINT POSSIBLE AGAINST THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!
