I do not recommend Kelly's. I've been going there since they opened, which has been about 20 years now. When I was having a shag, I went in and spoke to the owner about a gift certificate. I was told that I could buy it myself and that she would not give me one, despite the $1000's of dollars I have spent over time. Many purchases over $100. I was so disappointed that I said to myself I would only go in if I absolutely had to and I honor that. I went in yesterday to purchase colloidal silver. After doing over 10 hours of research on colloidal silver, I learned A LOT. One thing was that it was imperative that it be stored in glass ONLY. If it is in plastic, the silver breaks down the plastic. The plastic makes the silver lose its integrity. So I purchased the only one that came in a glass container. I mentioned it to the manager who's been there for years. She refused to listen to me and instead interrupted me and told me that the companies know what they are doing. She was coming from a space of ego without having an open mind. If that was my store, I would do my due diligence to research what I'm selling so I can provide my customers with a great product. Kelly's is not that place. No customer service from Kelly's. read more

This place is seriously the worst! I pretty much stopped going after repeatedly being served juices that the staff had forgotten key ingredients in. Their costumer service is always terrible especially if the owner is working. Tonight I thought I'd give them another try but was told the juice bar had conveniently closed just as I arrived. Save yourself some money and the frustration of being expected to pay for incorrect orders and go to booster juice. read more

Time and time again the service totally lacks in this place. The gay lady is grumpy- seems to hate her job. The manager is 100% not helpful - will ignore. After reading all the 1 star reviews I will have to agree. Ignorant staff, standoffish and of zero help. Had to ask for instructions for my product (bagged without labels or anything) and was given the information with an attitude. No greeting when I walked in to spend money, she just stood there looking dumbfounded. If you hate your job that much then do the public a favor and quit. Horrible place, horrible staff and horrible prices, will not return. read more

I don't agree with the negative review for Kelly's. I live out of town and always go to Kelly's when in town, and I have always gotten great service. I also go to Vitality since it is closer to where I live, but Kelly's has a far greater selection of everything, so I do go to Kelly's more often. I love that they are in town. read more

Now that there are a few other nutrition stores in Thunder Bay, I do not recommend Kelly's. The prices are very high and the staff is often not very friendly. I suggest checking out Vitality instead! read more
