Ordered flowers for my MIL on 5/2 for mothers day. I called today around 1pm to check on the status of the delivery & the lady i spoke with was very nice but couldnt seem to find our order and said she would give us a call back when she did as they had over 300+ deliveries. She said that the drivers were making their deliveries and it should arrive by 5ish. I tried to trust the process and let things play out but our surprise is now a failure. We do not live in fayetteville/NC, and figured this place looked trustworthy with its reviews. I also was getting tons of "order for mothers day" emails even the day of, after i had ordered, so if they were overbooked with more than they could handle it would be nice to prioritize the bookings that were not last minute. I am very disappointed and sad that my MIL did not get anything on mothers day. read more

I went to the store made an order to get delivered to someone on Halloween. They said they would call me and let me know when it's delivered, no call so I called at 4:30 a dude answered the phone and he said hold on I'll get in contact with the delivery driver. Then he said they should be there now I'll call you back in 2 minutes to let you know. No call and they closed at 5pm. So the next day I called again a lady answered the phone and she said exactly the same thing the said done one. Let me get a hold of the delivery driver then she said he is not answering my calls cause probably he is driving I'll call you one he calls and once again no call. And the person I sent flowers to we don't really talk and the flowers were my way of saying sorry. I can't text her and ask her if she got the flowers what if the never got delivered. And I can't text send another one with the same message cause what if she already got the first set I sent. Bottom of the story DONT DO DELIVERY WITH THIS PLACE!!! read more

I order flowers for my wife did not arrive in a lotted of time.try to call but the phones were down. I couldn't get a hold of anybody and I waited all day for but nobody could tell me what was going on. I was was a flat tire. So my wife went up there and and come to find out the driver was involved in a accident but a lot of customers waited wishing to get a call from the florist to let us know about maybe a delay or something, but nothing was done so my wife went out there and got a refund because day was shot. It was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day not the day after so I will not do business with the with this florist again.was not pleased how this happened read more

Initial contact was professional as well as helpful, prompt service delivery made on time. During the process spoke about floral arrangement, color, and container it would be presented in. Verified that flowers would not be exact ones in the photo but the arrangement would have a colorful and tropical feel. Verified that the container in the picture would be the one used for arrangement. The flower arrangement was a Beautiful arrangement, but I was disappointed that the container, was different from the one in the photo , the owner explained it was an oversight and found a container to compliment the flower arrangement, he went above and beyond to correct the mistake thank you. read more

I needed a quick arrangement for my mom's birthday. I don't know much about flower or arrangements aside from "pretty" so I didn't give them much to work with. Luckily, the man was patient with me. I managed to walk out with an arrangement of roses and lilies for a slight discount since they were after Valentine's Day arrangements, which was awesome. Parking is limited and Yadkin Rd is horrible to get on to, especially since the location of the store is so close to the Yadkin gate. Although I suppose that's a good thing for the forgetful military spouse. They also deliver so that's a plus. read more

Kellys Florist designed all of my amazing wedding bouquets using Stargazer Lilies. They were absolutely stunning! When my husband deploys, he calls Kellys and I get the most amazing wildflower bouquets delivered right to my door. Their flowers are always fresh, their service top-notched and personable. I was at the food lion in spring lake yesterday and a vehicle advertising this business stopped abruptly in the parking lot and a guy got out of the driver side, slammed the door, and began cursing at another car that continued through the parking lot. He followed it on foot and took something out of his pocket that he aimed like a gun, but it was orange. The woman in the passenger side got into the driver side and began to follow him as he pursued the vehicle that angered him. Seemed like angry people prone to theatrics. I wouldn't want to patron a business ran by people of those characteristics. read more

I called to get pricing for an arrangement on a Thursday, but for a Monday delivery. I was told that the pricing for this week versus next week would be a $40 difference. Ummm, I don't think so! If your business raises the price because of a holiday, I will shop somewhere else. I wasn't ordering flowers for Valentine's Day, I was ordering flowers for someone who just lost a family member.
