Under 3 month later we were back in with worn bushing on the new parts they installed. Understandable sometimes part are faulty... but they don't warranty their work so had to pay the install labor on warrantied parts. ???? So over 500 bucks later new drag link and aligment included. We make it half way home driving sloppy as hell. They forgot to tighten up the bolts!!!! And steering wheel is at 10 o'clock when driving strait....so what did I just pay for??? Got a we are sorry, fixed up and sent on our way.... unfortunately this experience has left us with no confidence in their quality of work or qualifications to do the work. I now have take it eleswhere to get thier work inspected due to this lack of confidence. Lesson learned only deal with shops that have the confidence in their work to warranty the install for as long as warranty on the part they are installing.

My brother and I were on an RV trip from Seattle to AK. On our first morning in Merritt, BC the…read moretemp dropped into the mid 20s. We turned on the furnace, but only the fan would run and no heat was coming out. We were referred to Citation RV in Kamloops and arrived there a couple hours later. We checked in at the front desk and the woman took our info and said Clay would meet us out back. We waited out back a few minutes and Clay showed up and asked us to turn on the furnace. We no heat was coming out he placed the handle of his razor knife over 1/2 of the furnace exhaust and viola the furnace/heat kicked on. He said he had seen the many times as it is a manufacture defect- they won't admit!! He cut a washer in half and placed it in the end of the furnace exhaust to test it- it worked perfectly. Clay then welded it permanently in place and tested it a final time. It worked great and our furnace worked the rest of our trip. We were out of there in little more than an hour!! I would not hesitate to take my rv there again in the future and recommend them with the highest rating. Super service at a reasonable price. Thanks again Citation RV!! Mike & Jim

The staff is always friendly, prices are completely reasonable, and service was good. A friend that has known them for over 30 years recommended them and I can't say enough good things about my recent experience. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. My car is a 2005 Subaru Outback and feels like a new car again. It's a great feeling having peace of mind that everything was done to perfection and the cost was still reasonable, considering they even went above and beyond.
