Ended up here since it was the closest brushless wash at the time. I chose the highest level wash and instantly knew I was in for some bs. As I drove into the wash, there wasn't an under carriage wash happening. It seemed like there wasn't a lot of action going on but I put that out of my mind once the triple foam came out. After the rinse and terrible blow dry, I had to drive through the nozzles which were still pissing water everywhere. I even waited a minute before I drove through it. And the best part of it all was when I got home and saw what a crap job this place did. It's only been two weeks since I cleaned my truck from top to bottom, with very little driving, so it's not like my vehicle was caked with grime. The only part of my truck that was clean was the top. The sides didn't even look like they were cleaned one bit. I will definitely not go here and I'd suggest you don't either. This place is obviously neglected and doesn't clean your car well, at least for the brushless side. The price would be fair if your vehicle actually got cleaned. read more

I bought the ultimate car wash for 14 dollars not expecting the best but wasn't expecting this.the back window and sunroof didn't even have a clean spot on them and the back window looked the same if not worse after. Met the owner today he noticed my car didn't get all the way clean, so he had me go thru again for free, and also wiped it down for me. He suggested doing the low end setting when the car is very dirty, that way your not clear coating the excess dirt! Eight Harley riders stopped here on he way to Arizona from Seattle because one of our bikes broke down. It was raining hard so we pulled our bikes under the owner saw us on his camera and called the police saying we were loitering. I'm pretty sure the owner is a racist since we are mostly African-American. Two officers stopped by and we explained why we were here. They were understanding. Single-handedly the biggest waste of $13 I've done this year! The machine spent a vast majority of its run-time washing the ground about 3ft IN FRONT OF MY CAR!! The nozzles were literally POINTING AWAY FROM MY CAR!! I probably would've received a better wash if I'd have just pulled through, parked at the end, and waited for some other hapless sap to shell out THEIR hard earned money... This is close to my work so I try to use it but, buts its such a ripoff. It is good for nothing more than perhaps to rinse a bit of dust or pollen that may have settled onto a previous very clean car. There seems to be little or no soap/chemicals to actually clean anything, its just weak, watery spray. Broken spray nozzels that simply blast a huge fat stream of water straight out, so you don't get a very powerful or even spray from the rest of them. The one arm that goes over the top of the car is messed up and doesn't even point at the car half the time. You could literally drive the freeway in the rain for a few minutes and your car would be cleaner. read more

Don't come here and waste your time and money. Washman is even better! It's not a good car wash. Even if everything up to the wash starting was phenomenal, the wash is shit. My grandpa stopped when it said to, and the water was missing the front entirely. Then, because it's all automatic, he pulled forward to get it washed, and the wash stopped. Then he tried to go back, and it didn't start again. Then it just turned off its lights. We didn't get the wash, wasted our money, and there was no way to talk to someone working there, or a number to call. Bullshit. I much prefer (and I'd recommend) the hand wash by KFC, or even the Shell (the gas station) one by the Triangle shopping mall. I wouldn't recommend Washman, but it's better than this. read more

Seriously. Save your money and just have a filthy car. I bought the "silver" wash from the automated machine ($9). I saw there was a change dispenser, so I fed it two $5 bills. It showed was owed $1 change but didn't ever dispense it. There is also no attendant or phone number in sight. While the machine was buzzing back and forth I began to have less and less faith that I would actually have a clean car when I exited. It squirts on soap then pressure washes and barely blows it dry. Super clean and fast. Great vacuums too. I saw some of the reviews saying there is no number to call? It is in a pretty obvious location so not sure the issue. I have come here 3 times. Each time something new has gone wrong/dissatisfied me. 1) Dropped a dollar in the vacuum and there was practically no suction. Annoying, but whatever. 2) Brought the car through and paid for an Express wash--one side of the car was STILL dirty (no I didn't park too far one way). 3) Brought the car back through to the touchless (like a moron) and -- you guessed it -- STILL looked dirty.
