Worth the trip down from Seattle. They were very responsive on email and available by text and phone to answer any questions and remove add-ons we didn't want. Gary was wonderful to work with. When we arrived to check out the car we wanted to buy, it had some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed, and Budy Clary had a detailing team take care of it ASAP so we didn't have to take a second trip down from Seattle. Went to Subaru knowing I had something wrong with my exhaust, they told me nothing was worth with my exhaust, but I needed all my engine fluids changed, and they said I needed tires immediately. They had to keep my car overnight, the next day I get my car and my problem with my exhaust is still there, there is an obvious loud vibrating noise that isn't supposed to be there. I go to a REAL mechanic, and I have a Cracked Exhaust manifold on my turbo flange, I was close to needing my engine replaced. Not to mention when I brought them my car the first day, they said it would be ready the next day and no one called me the next day, I went there 30 minutes before closing because nobody would answer my calls. I've been in the process of purchasing a car with Bud Clary Subaru, but communication has been extremely poor. It's been over two weeks without a clear update, and when I called to ask questions, the finance officer said he was "working on it" and ended the call before I could ask anything further. No surprises. I bought a car. That car came with five free oil change packages which include oil and filter change, tire rotation, and car wash. As I've experienced at this dealership in the past, no car wash...out of coupons...come back in a few days and see if we have any then. Tires were not rotated. Thankfully the oil looks clean and the filter new. Avoid this service department. They are not apologetic about the missed services and there is never a manager on site to help remedy the issues. This is absolutely the worst and most dishonest dealership and service department I have ever dealt with. This post would be extremely long to fully describe that lack of communication and total incompetence of the service department, but I will keep it short. I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra from them the first part of October. Since then I have been in their service department countless times for vibration issues, a check engine light and squealing back brakes that they had just put on. It is now January and they still haven't fixed any of the issues. They say the vibration issue is a bad control arm. I have a text from them saying they will replace the control arm and the brakes because it should have been caught during the inspection. When I went in to get it scheduled, they are now saying they aren't sure it will be covered. I have got nothing but the run around, no communication and extremely horrible service from them. Took my 2017 Crosstrek there to replace CV axles. Was advised it would take 4-6 hours. My wife and daughter dropped off the car and walked to the shopping stores down commerce. They came back 4 hours later and was told they would need another day to finish. The clerk was rude while my wife did her best to not lose her calm on the clerk and the situation. She has to insist on a loaner as they were just going to leave her out wandering the streets. Once we finally got the car back at 3 pm the following day, there was scratches on my windshield. How do you get scratches on a windshield while replacing CV axles?? They of course denied it all and refused to give us a break on the bill for the extended wait time. I highly advise Bud Clary to revamp their service team or it will diminish their rep as a dealer. read more

This place is fantastic. I no longer live in the area but I was there to visit a friend and my low tire pressure light came on. I had just purchased the tire a few months ago from a different dealer but I was worried about driving all the way back home. Gabriel helped me out and they checked all four tires and other than being a bit low on pressure, everything checked out fine. It's possible it's a bad sensor. Gabriel was knowledgeable and reassuring and get this, they didn't charge me! Wow! That was sure nice. I love Subaru and this dealer is the best! Such queues for service can only be found here! One of the worst services. I had an appointment for the specified time, but instead I had to wait in a long line at the service center. New car. It was only necessary to change the oil and filter. I waited 2 hours and no one called me (Erica was working that day) - I had to check the condition of the car myself and she said it was ready. After returning the car, I checked their work at the site of this company: the oil filter was filled with oil (leaking), the upper part of the engine was covered in oil. Erica was shown (photo) the poor quality of service from the company, and in response to my questions about why this was so (I paid for the service, which included cleaning after completion of the work), she shut my mouth with her long tirade. She said that their serviceman does not remove oil-filled gloves and that it is logical that the filter is in oil. As a result, their mechanic crawled under the car and simply wiped the area where the filter was installed with a rag. Bad service, disgusting attitude towards people. I have come in twice now in the afternoon for admittedly a minor issue and was basically told that they could not help me. The first time was for a slow leak in the tire - this was on a newly purchased car - and it got fixed in 10 minutes at Les Schwab the next day. No charge. The second time the car battery had died and I wanted to check and make sure I didn't need a new battery, because we had a major medical appointment we had to go to in Portland the next day. Both times the guy at the service desk basically said they couldn't help me. I have a full extended warranty on my Subaru. Not only was he unhelpful and curt, but he had a couple of buddies hanging out with him both times, and they seemed more interested in laughing over whatever they were looking at on their phones than actually communicating or being courteous. The second time, we had phoned first and their line rang for 10 minutes and was never answered. I honestly think this is the worst service response I have ever received at any garage in my life. So we bought our forester and the sales people were AMAZING!!!! I thought this was for sure going to be the best thing ever. Well let me just say their service department is ridiculous. We scheduled an appointment with them before our move to Alaska for a Saturday. They said no problem gave us a quote for everything we needed done. Called again Monday to make EXTRA sure they had the parts the girl even spoke to a manager to make extra extra sure everything would be set and ready to go. We get a call Friday at 5pm the night before our appointment to be told they couldn't actually help us. That was our second encounter with the service team. The first encounter was just okay. We went in for our car to get a coating put over it and they kept redirecting us places like they had no idea what was going on. Overall sales people are great. Buying the car was a perfectly amazing experience HOWEVER their service team is awful. The sales people and buying experience alone get the 3 stars highly recommend their sales people. I came into this dealership today to inquire about a Subaru Forester wilderness. They had a blue one on the lot that I liked. Turned out it was already sold. I asked the first salesman I saw about it and he looked at me weirdly and mumbled about it being a customers car. I asked if they had any more coming and he just said yea. Ok, when and what color and trim? He just said "not sure", and impatiently walked over to his pc typed it in and said one would come by the end of the month. Ok, I was excited and said, "ok put my name on it please." He said well ok, it's going to cost a deposit of $500. Fine, check or cash?. "Do you have financing?" Yes. "With who?" With ......... "For how much?" Enough (Dbl. the MSRP). ( getting impatient and tired of his condescending look and tone) I ask him, what do I not look like I can buy the car? He just smirked and said no that's not it. He then said they'd have to run a credit check and it'd be a hit on the report. I said that wasn't necessary because as I'd said I already had financing. He said they won't sell to me without a full credit check and so I stormed out. No apologies and the worst customer service. After arranging an on-line "wait" appointment, my wife contacted me from the dealership to say that the oil change service would take 4+ hours to complete. Apparently, this same dealership over tightened the oil pan plug when they serviced our new Outback on its first 3000 mile service. The service rep told my wife that they may have to replace the pan, and they were waiting for a part so the one hour "wait" appointment now became 5 hours. Already an hour into this appointment, I prepared to drive down to pick my wife up so she could get to the remainder of her day. As I was leaving the house, she called to state that the service rep informed her that they were able to remove the plug, it was stripped, and that they had to rethread the fitting for a new plug. Offering no apology for being responsible for the stripped bolt in the first place, they not only charged us full price for the oil change (including a charge for the plug washer), they talked my wife into purchasing the "Clary Care" program ( a discounted option for 3 oil changes). Adding insult to injury, they never extended an offer to use either a loaner car or their shuttle service when it looked like she would have to wait there for half a day. To their credit, but at my request, they did refund the cost of the Clary Care. It took them several hours to get permission to even do this small favor. Yes, they did charge us the full cost of this oil change service and once again no apology for the mistake during my follow-up phone conversation with their service rep. Bottom line - we take our cars to a dealership expecting to pay a bit more than the quick-service businesses. The dealerships tell us to do because we can expect professional and careful handling of our vehicles. Stripping a pan plug is not something I can imagine a certified and trained tech doing on a brand new car. But things happen, and when they do consumers should expect a certain degree of acceptance of responsibility from the business. What I don't expect is a service rep using the event as an opportunity to upsell a service they can't seem to handle without issues in the first place. This is our 5th Subaru, and over the years we've had good service from other dealerships. I'm sad to say, Clary's level of repair and customer service isn't up to what I think Subaru would want for their customers. We will be making the drive to Vancouver for our future service needs. read more

January 26, 2022 Hello Bud Clary Subaru, Unfortunately I'm writing you from a position of dissatisfaction and disappointment. On December 15, 2021 we had our Subaru XT Touring in for the regularly scheduled service in which your technician changed the oil, rotated the tires and performed an inspection on the vehicle. For the past several weeks, we've been experiencing a low tire pressure indicator on our dash and had it inspected by tire professionals. We were told it was probably a change in the weather and to keep an eye on it after the cold front passes. However, we noticed after a few tire refills, the problem was occurring regularly on one specific tire. We took the car to a tire center and they found a nail in the tire and they promptly repaired it. The concerning piece of information they found was that all four tires were almost completely bald on the inside edges. We were baffled by that news because no more than a month prior, December 15th, your service center rotated the tires, and never mentioned unusual wear on the tires nor was tire wear indicated on the service invoice/inspection. According to the tire center, this was indicative of either a wheel alignment, tire rotation neglect or both. The tire center also indicated that the tire wear would have taken much longer than a month to get as bad as it is now even with the seemingly lower end factory tires. My question to you, why didn't your service team catch this on December 15th? We specifically service our vehicle on time to ensure safety. Additionally we always, service our vehicle on time using your Subaru dealership on the premise that your service department provides unquestionable expertise, specifically in support of your own product. The mileage on the car was on December 15th was 27400 and now the car has 30201 miles. Whoever rotated our tires at (if in fact they did), put the balding front tires on the rear and never informed us of the impending failure. We trusted your service team to provide us accurate yet useful information about our car to help us maintain safety, reliability and value in our Subaru investment. Safety was even more imperative as we entered into the snowy weather in late December. At this point, we are extremely dissatisfied and woefully disappointed! Subsequently, we've had to purchase four new tires and a wheel alignment from another service center in excess of $950. This is something we would have gladly purchased from you if we would have been alerted on December 15th, the date of our last service. Again, we trusted your service center to provide us with accurate information. However, to us, this was too much of a costly maintenance fundamental to chalk up to an oversight. Unfortunately, this is a vast turnaround from my initial service experience at Bud Clary Subaru and my last review. Needless to say, from this point forward, we'll be scheduling our vehicle service intervals elsewhere. read more

So I brought it into the Bud Cleary dealership after calling and talking with 3 different people and telling them that the car had issues. Fast forward, I brought it in and finally had Brad the Subaru manager come and have the car reviewed to see what they would give me for it. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. Let me first say Shannon is sales was great. It's the service department, GM Martin Southwick, and the service tech that brought me to this rating. I bought a brand new 2019 Outback. It's beautiful. Before I drove it home I asked about body trim. Two days later I ordered the trim through the parts department and scheduled installation. What should have been two hours turned onto a 10 day nightmare. The first set of trim was installed upside down on the back doors. The two front doors were fine. I called the service department, they apologize profusely. They order new parts and I go back. Three hours later Zack, the service manager, asks if the chips in my paint were there before install. WTF?? All four of the doors have chips where the service tech pries off the old body trim. SMH. Only two doors needed work, how did you manage to chip all four! After the shock wore off, we headed to the body department. The paint department confirmed that all four doors would need to be repainted and a third set of body trim installed. My new car, with less than 400 miles, neeeds a paint job! I go to check out a loaner. As the incredibly snarky young woman pushes my forms across the counter she says "no smoking, no pets". Wait, what, no pets. Have you seen the Subaru commercials? They practically give you a dog when you buy the car. I get in the loaner and there is garbage everywhere. Someone's ear bud packaging is in the door pocket, there are fuel receipts in the cup holders and dirt/debris on the floor. I rush home to pick up my wife from work. She calls and leaves a message for an owner to express her displeasure. The owner buffs the call to the GM. Martin finally calls back the next day around 4 pm. My wife voices her anger at the whole process. Martin says, go ahead and take your dog on the car. When we bought the car we purchased three oil changes in advance. No way am I letting these same guys change my oil. Martin assures is a refund will be made, don't worry. That should have been the first clue something was not right. Two and a half weeks later no refund. This dealership is a hot mess. And there must be a serious lack of oversight in the service department if the tech chips the first door of the and keeps going! read more

This whole ordeal started with a recall notice I recieved it the mail. A Dakata airbag, that if deployed could throw deadly shrapnel into the passenger and driver. I called the recall 800 number and it sent me to Bud Clary for the repair. The appointment was made and two hours before I left I decided to call them just so I wouldn't waste a one and a half hour drive. GOOD THING I DID !!!!!! Heidi from service informed me that they don't have the parts. I then asked if it would be OK if I just drove up there dropped off my car received a loaner and return it once the repair was done. She stated with no hesatation, we have no parts and we have no loaners". I told her that I was a youth coach and that I often have not only my children but other children that I am responceable for with me in the car, but her replay was the same, we have no loaners and we have no parts beep boop #%*#=~€" like a robot. I then asked to speak to the next higher up. A fellow by the name of Darren Weber. He is, I believe a manager...?.. I told him the same story to him and like a BOSS he said," he will take care of everything". the problem is is that he didn't. He left me a message saying I was on a waiting list for a i but I would get the next available one and that he would get back to me first thing in the morning.. Keep in mind I can't drive my shrapnel shooting subaru for the next 5 days because they have yet to order the parts. My intuition was telling me that I was in the middle of recieving the brush off. The next morning came and went and around 2:30 I decided to call the rental car company (that they use) to see if in fact there was anything available. sure enough the lady on the phone informed me there was. I KNEW IT! I then called Daren two more times to try and find out why he gave me the big blow off. No answer and no return call. At this time I was at the end of my proverbial rope. Filled with frustration I decided to go to the head honcho, the big dog general manager Martin Southwick. So I call Bud Clary and asked to be transferend to him. There was a 3 to 4 minute hold then the receptionist got on and informed me he was in a meeting. At the same time I was recieving a call from the dealership (someone doesn't want the GM to know he's not doing his job) it was a gentilmen named Matt. Matt said Daren just wanted me to know there still wasn't any loaner cars or rentals available. I told him I just got off the phone w the car rental girl and there were cars available. There was a pause............the pause was then followed by a,"I'm just the messenger" I told him to just transfer me to the Martin Weber GM. I left him a voice mail telling him my epic story....... still waiting to hear back from him I ended up calling Dick Hannah subaru in Vancouver where the service manger Zach scheduled my recall repair and offered me a loaner car that I could have as long as the repair took. Awful. My 2001 Subaru Outback overheated after never having any problems for years. I had it towed to Bud Clarys to be diagnosed and they informed me the car needed over $5k in repairs and was essentially totaled, but they were kind enough to offer me "a few hundred bucks" to scrap the car. Paid $115 for diagnosis. Got the car towed to my mechanic back in Portland and it turned out to be just a cracked radiator. Be wary of these crooks trying to take your money. I would strongly recommend anybody looking to buy a new car search elsewhere. I have had various issues with Bud Clary's service department ranging from forgetting to do the oil change after having the car all day. To make it right they said they would "detail it" meaning they ran it through their car wash and didn't even vacuum it. When I purchased my 16 crosstrek it originally had 152 miles when I first said I wanted it. I had leather installed and they did not tell me that they our sourced the leather install and it was done in Tacoma. When I finally got possession of the car it had 560 miles on it which is ridiculous. Before leaving with the car I did a walk around and there was a large scratch on the drivers side door. They "buffed it" and it disappeared for about a month but after a couple washed it came right back. They broke my sti center cap for a wheel (they did replace it). I would rather pay for things to be done right instead of getting the freebies they try and offer to correct their mistakes. I think the only good thing I have to say is their collision center. I was hit by a drunk driver and I felt the manager over there was really knowledgeable and kind and wanted to do everything to make it how it was prior to being hit. A lot of their reviews are fake meaning that if you mark a low star rating the manager contacts you and offers a freebie of some sort for changing your review to a more favorable one. The following is my response to a survey about my experience at my last service appointment with Bud Clary...It is written directly to them, but sums up my entire experience with the "Service" Department. Unfortunately this form will not allow me to enter zero stars, but that is what is deserved for every visit based on the handful of times I have brought my car in for service. The first time I brought it in for a warranty repair because my antenna was loose. The technicians left greasy fingerprints and dents in my headliner which are permanent - this was my brand new perfect car, and is still the only flaw on it three years into owning it. I had purchased the Clary care package to get my oil changes done. Each time Heidi was my service manager and every time she was rude, combative, and unpleasant to deal with. My car had an issue where the battery started dying on me and after being jumped an alarm went off every time I drove it. I called immediately because the sound was so loud I could not drive it, and was told I could get in a week or two later. We ended up looking up the issue online and fixing the alarm noise problem ourselves. I continued to have issues with the battery dying and brought the car in to have that addressed. Heidi blamed my lack of driving and low mileage for the issue, then tried to tell my husband I had mice in the engine compartment due to leaves and debris that built up because it has been parked near a tree on my property that sheds those things. Both my husband and I tried to explain this to Heidi, but she treated us like garbage and blamed us for the battery issue, yet never was able to show us mouse damage or prove to me why my still very new car would not start because of my "not driving it enough". They ended up replacing my battery, and I have not had an issue with it dying again, though I continue to drive it the same amount. At this point we did not want to return but had paid for oil changes. My husband refuses to even enter the building, so I have dealt with things. At the last appointment, I told Heidi that the back hatch light was not working and I felt the transmission was sometimes seeming "off" - at times revving and not changing gears and other times being sluggish. She opened the hatchback and then rudely told me the switch on the light was off and walked away like I was an idiot. I turned the switch on to show it did not work in any position and said I knew it was likely just the bulb, but bumper to bumper includes changing my bulb. She then told me that I just did not understand the CVT transmission basically explaining to me that it is a junk transmission they put in these cars. I was dumbfounded and again walked away confused by how this woman has a job with your company. She has never been pleasant to us and has no reason to be so rude, blame a customer or Subaru for the issues, and lacks the customer service one should have as a "service" manager. A few weeks later I began having an issue where my gas cap cover sticks and does not open on it's own when I pull the lever. Again, this was a pressing issue because I cannot fill my tank without using something to pry it open. I called the service office. The first opening was again two weeks out. After getting off the phone with her I called Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro where I had purchased the car. I cannot even put into words the difference in how I was treated. They understood this was an issue I needed dealt with ASAP, and scheduled me for a Saturday appointment two days later. Even though Royal Moore is an hour and a half drive from our home here in Longview, I will NEVER bring my car back to a Bud Clary. I will never purchase a car from Bud Clary. And I will happily tell all my friends and family, even strangers of my experience with your company. I have never had such a poor experience with any business ever in the 43 years of my life. Heidi's treatment of us was out of line and she seems better suited to working as a prison corrections officer, rather than any job dealing with the public in a service manner. We cannot be the only ones to have this experience with her and never did anything to deserve that treatment. I'm not sure this review or our experience will make any difference to your company, and I certainly do not expect that anything could change Heidi's complete lack of regard for your customers. However, since you sent me this review I had to write this to explain my experience and why you have lost two very loyal Subaru customers and have earned the word of mouth reputation we will share with everyone we know and meet in the future. In fact, I have shared this experience with Subaru of America because I felt they should know their company's values and brand are not being served well in my local area. read more

My experience was in buying a used Subaru from them. My experience with my salesman, Chance Shipman, was very positive (I asked his permission to use his name). In the time I was there over multiple trips there were only two typical used car salesman lines spoken but often they are required to use them, they weren't that bad, and it was overall a very good experience with him. Friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed, etc. He followed up to see how it was going. He had my concerns checked out, did the due diligence. The other salesmen at the Subaru dealership seemed friendly, too. There was no rotation of salespeople forced on you, no sense of nervous sales energy desperation. The car itself was fairly low mileage, very clean on the inside. CAVEATS: (1) The Chevrolet dealership kitty corner across the street owns this little Subaru outpost. When you work on the final parts of the sales process one heads over there and they don't have the classic Subaru dealership feeling or mindset over at the Chevy dealership, not surprisingly. Over at their Chevy dealership the fellow I dealt with for the post-sales paperwork and warranty sales effort at the Chevrolet shop was Rich Black. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and for the most part relaxed with minimal sales pressure tactics. If you have AAA you might want to talk to them about used car warranty options in preparation for this stage of the process. (2) The used car original pricing was very high, $3,000 over the fair market value at KBB for a dealer car at the zip code at its mileage, however I worked with them to get a good fair price without much fuss. I did not ask for a killer deal, nor did I give them a whacky crazy mark up. In other words, they accepted a reasonable deal, don't avoid them just because their first ask may be so much higher than market. It is up to us customers to do the pricing research. (3) The car had several cosmetic issues that didn't show up in the pictures. Significant gravel strikes across one side, dark spot stains on the trim around the shift. Though there were online pictures of the car at both these spots, you can't see these defects in the pictures. Just use common sense when looking at used cars, either check out the car yourself very carefully or have a trusted family/friend do so. (4) They don't take the presales check very seriously beyond the basic functionality. The car runs fine, and still 2 months later it is still going strong. However when I first looked at the car: - The moonroof was broken - The driver door rattled something fierce - When you turn the heater up the fan hums very loudly - The seat edge broke off when I sat in the driver seat - Car remote control issues They fixed the moonroof, fixed the driver door after confirming it likely started to rattle during their window fix, another service shop found a leaf causing the heater noise issue, they fixed the seat edge issue though it has since failed again, and my salesperson fixed the remote control issue. So if you check out the car in detail, say at least an hour at a shop and at least half an hour yourself checking buttons, doors, etc. and you find some issues, they may take care of issues you would expect a dealership to. I didn't expect them to fix the cosmetic issues, and indeed they didn't. Note that on the Chevrolet side they did not examine issues with the car or say that they will look into the issues first, they began with push back that the car is "As Is". If some actual feature of the car is broken, or logic suggests they caused the issue, for example the driver door rattle on this low mileage car is on the side that had a window fixed, you may need to stand up for it. I was ready to just leave and move on, but to my relief they took care of broken features and things that broke during their prep. This is a real Subaru dealership, you should expect them to have some self-respect for the cars they sell, and for you to pay a little more in return for the better experience. (5) There was a mismatch between what my salesperson said he was told they will fix and the final offer over in the Chevrolet shop regarding what they would fix. In the end they did honor the compromise we already worked out so we didn't have to walk away. So again, just use common sense when buying a used car, make sure the final offer matches the negotiation you worked out already. (6) Limited Subaru selection on the lot compared to big dealerships. This isn't surprising given the more limited population served. Having said that I don't live nearby and I came quite a distance to buy the car I wanted there regardless. SUMMARY: I'd buy from these folks again, I had a good experience with Chance (I'm not a relative, friend, friend of a friend, etc. of anyone there). For folks heading there, just remember as with any used cars it is your responsibility to do the research and check out the car as seriously as the expense demands. read more

Purchased my first Subaru and my first brand new car from Mike Puzach. He was one of the most patient, diligent and thorough salesman I'd ever dealt with! Also Brad Ramey. He made things proceed very smoothly. He was very helpful and had a fantastic personality through the entire process. However, the service department is another story. Awhile ago I was due for my 30k mile service. The Subaru folks at the counter were stacked with customers, so I was subjected to this terrible, make up covered woman on the Chevrolet side. It was VERY clear that I was an inconvenience to her. She snapped at me to turn over my keys (which she then misplaced), refused to listen to much of what I had to say-if anything. She then proceeded to plop down in my drivers seat (to retrieve mileage) and in her continued snotty tone told me my routine maintenance was going to cost nearly $3k?!!??!! (I had previously been quoted $200-300). She then repeatedly asked if I actually wanted the maintenance or to just leave, and told me my $200-300 quote was incorrect. Luckily by this time the most wonderful Subaru representative - Holly - took over. She quickly assured me that the $3k quote was completely ridiculous and my previous quote was exactly what it was going to cost. So, beware of this horrible, make up covered woman at the Chevrolet counter. She is completely awful to deal with!!!! Had it not been for Holly, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I've updated my review as a result of several conversations with the General Manager and Service Director. While they didn't completely agree with my position, they agreed to fix the head gaskets for half price. It's a compromise, which is what happens when two people have different ideas but want to resolve a problem. If they didn't care about customer service or didn't care about their reputation then they would not have worked with me. I can't say I am completely happy but after the repairs I am hopeful that we will have a safe and reliable car for years to come. Things happen, these are complicated machines. They seemed to be genuinely concerned and responsive. Perhaps this was an anomaly. However, given the overall situation, the best I can say is that this was a 3 out of 5 for me. read more

Brought my 2008 Chevy Tahoe in to have the heaters fixed and received a call with a quote over $2500. The said my front brakes needed to be replaced which they quoted $1100. They reported my muffler had a hole in it and that would be $1200. Plus I need a "couple belts" changed out because they were cracking. When I brought up that I had a extended warranty I was treated like garbage. My extended warranty covered part of the repair for my front heaters and I paid $180 out of pocket. Two day later I picked up my SUV and went and bought new brake and the two belts that needed to be replaced. I took brake pads off and there is at least 70% pad left. Plus when I pulled off the belts both were in perfect condition. I'm sure most people would just pay for it but not me! Please be aware of the scam that they are playing! I Will not take any of my vehicles back!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more
