They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention -- things I would have never known about -- and gave me great pricing on those as well. I was told the job would be 4 weeks. It ended up being 8weeks to complete. The two some times three people would work for 2 hours a day. The entire plumbing pipes underground was replaced. There was a HUGE mess left behind and I had to pay another contractor to come in and fix it. I asked if the pipes could be less revealing but was told it would cost more money and they would have to dig up the lawn again to place a box around it. I don't know if other companies would have done this shabby work but I am not happy about that. I cannot recommend this company for any big plumbing jobs.

They tried to charge me 90.00 diagnosics and 254.00 for a float switch that is sold online for 19.99 and that i got through another A/C company for $46.00. There are a lot of other reputable a/c companies that will not price gouge and over charge. The owner of the company mike offered me a "deal" if I sign a maintanince agreement. He would give me 10% off 20.00 piece that he is charging $254.00 on. Then he proceeded to be very unprofessional and curse at me and tell me I'm a horrible person for being pissed off at his price gouging. This company is everything that is wrong with American today. Use someone else who won't take advatage of you.
