I was shocked becuase they never brushed anything and there was clearly lots of debris left. I show her the pics and she says 'I don't know what that is'. CLEARLYthe pool was not cleaned properly..actually barely cleaned. I showed her a clear pic and asked 'you don't see that'? She got that cold dead look of 'I'm standing my ground and disregarding you' and walked off. I paid almost $800 and left the store.That attitude and the bully technique does not work with me. He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. As a first-time hot tub owner, I appreciated that he walked me through everything and tried his best to find a solution to our problem. Thank you, Stone!

No complaints, no problems, no sales hipe. Just good information in response my questions. If you want to know why it's worth it to pay 2, 3, or 4 times the price of other grills at Lowes for example, talk to Mike at River Mist Spas. The reasons I did not give them a five star rating is because every product branded "Green Egg" is really, really pricey. And after spending nearly $1400, they would NOT through in a free Big Egg hat "Because of their margins". Whatever the hell that means. Even John Deere farm machine dealerships will give you a free hat with their logo on it when you buy their famously expensive products. Get a clue River Mist. Its a good place to do business. Just bring a wad of cash.
