On a recent out of state trip, my vehicle had a major transmission issue. Marc Plumb in the service department gave it immediate attention. Upon completion of the needed repair, they had a driver take it to their Fort Dodge dealership for me which saved me two hours off of a seven hour drive in a one way rental to pick it up. Service and communication couldn't have been better. Thanks to everyone at Kemna! read more

I recently bought a truck from Kemna Auto Center. I flew in from out of state. I was unsure how the process would go. I have to say, from the moment they picked me up from the airport, they really treated me exceptional and like family. The entire process was very professional, efficient and enjoyable! Dave called the car rental company, who told us we had a full spare in the trunk, and that they'd send someone to change the tire. We checked the trunk and found a donut tire, not a full size spare. We didn't want to drive on the interstate with that tire, so we cancelled the service call from the rental company. Fortunately, someone recommended Marlie's. We called them forty minutes before they closed and they were so nice! They told us to come by so they could take a look at the tire They removed the screw, patched our tire, and only charged $30. Plus, we had a really nice conversation while we waited. As a bonus, they recommended dinner at Seneca Street Saloon. We ordered pizza, and it was delicious! Marlie's is the best!

Jack answered the call and told me that he would get a hold of his service tech. In a short time, the tech showed up and went right to work. He had my tire changed and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. I am so thankful that Jack's were there in my time of need. Great service and fantastic communication.
