One of my breakers was off for outside. He flipped the switch and it worked. He seemed nice and said he would clean it for me because it looked dirty. Great! I then got a bill for $85.00 to flip a switch and give the AC a bath. Wow thanks a lot for teaching a new home owner. They were here for less than 10 mins.
