Now they've moved to Brookshire, and I take it they do more cowboy hat sales than what I am usually looking for. They mostly deal in Stetson, and they make a pretty good dress(fedora) hat. Mr. Shudde informed me that they basically donated their profits to the Brookwood mentally challenged , so you've got to respect that (this as he told me, is that after paying the overhead, all the profits go to their trust and he gets paid a salary). How noble, for a business that's been around over 100 years. Would like to see a greater variety of dress hats, and a pork pie, homburg. and a Borsalino (Mr. Sinatra's favorite), but he could order any of these if you so desire. He also has the new " Indiana Jones" line for the novice. I highly suggest you visit this store, even if you're not a hat person. Take your hat in to get it blocked as well. Don't miss his wall of fame where a pantheon of celebrities have left their autographs. You're gonna find more western style hats, but it is Brookshire, so that's how its gonna be.
