What we didn't know when we placed the order was that we would actually get possession of the new home just days after the expected delivery. I contacted Liberty & 33rd by phone and spoke to the wonderful staff, explaining that we needed to delay delivery by a few days and have the item delivered to the new address rather than to the old address, where it would soon have to be moved again. Liberty & 33rd got right on it, postponing the delivery and changing the delivery address to our new address. The bookcase was delivered a few days ago to the new address and is every bit as perfect in our new home as we had hoped. We hope we will have an opportunity to do business with this great company again someday.

About 12 - 15 models on site so far and they are well built. Nothing like the sheds siting in the parking lot of your favorite handy mans store. These are sturdy, lumber is cut nicely and fits together and the paint job looks amazingly thick. Moreover the prices seem very fair. I live about 75 minutes away and I wholeheartedly think the drive is worth it. After all, how many sheds will you buy in a lifetime? Might as well get an awesome one!

The owner asked what my phone number was as he looked into the computer & then proceeded to try to bully me about an old review! The old review was for a Kindle Fire that I brought for my daughter I believe back in 2015 for Christmas! Charged the device & gift wrapped it! Wasn't until she opened it & for 3 days in a row she couldn't use the device because it wouldn't hold a charge! I immediately contacted them (the owner) letting him know the problem & that I had the original receipt! He refused to fix the problem not listening to the fact that it was a gift that was wrapped so we could not have known the issues the device was having until days after purchase! He didn't even want to hear it! Didn't offer a return at discounted price, NOTHING! I wrote the review in 2015 for that dispute, for him to then contact me after the fact & offered a refund! Fast forward to today... he immediately tried to bully me into taking down or fixing the review & I explained that I didn't get good service until the review was posted. He then tried to go back & forth about "I spoke to you that day years ago & everyone knows that I offer a refund within 3 days!" I then explained AGAIN that I told him over the phone in 2015 that it was wrapped for Christmas & we couldn't have possibly known it was faulty until the device was opened & used! He then said Oh! Yeah! As if he agrees & remembers the conversation but also slides my check back to me & refused services! I have gone here numerous times to cash checks from 2015 until now & never had an issue until today! The entitlement of this man is beyond believable! You do not get good reviews by trying to bully your way into one! You offer GOOD SERVICES in return for a good review! I would have had no problem with fixing the review in 2015 had I not had to take my loss on the item & only offered a refund after the bad review!
