We took our dog to Jessica at Pet Valu today and she did an AMAZING job. Our dog looks so great, but she also listened to my husband when he explained Otis's issues and what we wanted and was super kind and friendly. I couldn't be there due to work but my husband said all the staff there were really friendly and great. The cost was really reasonable as well, especially considering the great job she did. We will definitely be back - I think we found our new groomer! :)

This happened TWICE. And both times the driver was in a completely different town from where I live. Despite the driver calling to ask where I lived and despite me telling the person where I lived, they refused to drive ​to my location and just cancelled my order. This happened TWICE. I even tried to make sure the address was correct on the tracking for the Uber driver BUT IT DOES NOT LET ME EDIT IT! So, again my order is cancelled because the Uber driver could not find my address because PetSmart's App enters it in wrong. It was right on my order confirmation so it wasn't at my end. Fix your app PetSmart! Those poor drivers are given the run around and don't get paid if they don't deliver. That's on you PetSmart not the customer.
