It takes someone with confidence and who knows the law to rebuttal a plea deal and get all the charges dropped along with taking care of 19 other clients and pleasing the judge and the prosecuting attorney. Most lawyers around here aren't bad by any means, but if you want to be represented by someone whos not just at court for a good conversation, and doesn't just accept the first deal they see, and knows the law, your rights, and how to "aggressively" use them in your defense.
