Randall was asking very unusual questions, like was I the only person on the deed. I told him I was not going to answer that, and his questions had nothing to do with purchasing my land. He then said they normally had a set of questions they ask but since I was not comfortable with answering them, he wouldn't ask any more questions. He never asked anything about the land itself, like surveys, plats, how much acreage the land was. I told him his company sounded fishy. He then said let me run some numbers and I will call you back. He never called back, so on January 19, 2024, I called him. He answered and said oh I'm just so busy. I told him I was busy too and if he committed to do something he should follow through. He then asked if he could call be back in about 15 mins. I said okay. When he called back, he said they couldn't come near our sales price. I said okay and hung up. I called him right back and ask him to tell me what comps he found when he was doing the research on our property because we are below the comps. He said I don't have the comps available with me right now even though he was at his office. I suspect he never ran the comps or looked into our property since I wouldn't answer his suspicious questions! I think this company is up to no good and should be investigated!!

On 12/26/2024 I also Reported water damage which caused the kitchen ceiling to cave, plumber supposedly fixed the issue yet water still dripping from ceiling.I am a dialysis patient who was recently released from the hospital. We have giant whole in the kitchen ceiling and a sewage smell and its still leaking. Due to fallen debris and active leak and smell in the kitchen, this has environmentally and functionally rendered the kitchen not usable. I Reported this told them we needed to be moved to an hotel due to the leak still being active and Lynn Irby told me to turn the water off and not use it, and they would not reimburse for meals or pay for a hotel because the kitchen is functional. How is it functional with no running water and a destroyed Kitchen? DO NOT USE ICON REALTY EVER!

So I ran into this guy today on one of the properties he is the agent of while I was walking my…read moreservice dog. I am a combat veteran and a former Army Ranger. To set the table... this property lines Canton Road and the cut through to get to the other side of the road is easier to go through and it's absolutely a vacant field with no housing. Yes, I can walk around, but you cats get it. It didn't remotely have to be what it became. He confronted me today and walked up with an attitude that oozes of confrontation. I sensed this and as I walked toward him I extended my hand to shake and say...."hey man, how's it going?" He shook my hand and then told me this was private property and he "owned the property." I understood and told him I just walk through this huge vacant (for at least 8 years) property with my service dog maybe once a week when I visit my elderly mom in the neighborhood behind the property and then I continue on. He then said...."I am the realtor of the property." I then said....."so you are the realtor and not the owner, so you just lied to me." The next words out of his mouth were..."get the fuck off the property or I will shoot you and your dog!" As you can imagine I didn't let that go and had a few choice words for him. He then threatened me again and then his son gets out of the car. Well as soon as I identified myself as Ranger, dude softened a little. His son then intelligently got back in the car. He threatened to call the cops on me and I told him to go ahead, but he didn't because he knew he *ucked up, and *ucked with the wrong guy.
