I had to ask her several times to update the search criteria she used for us, and she never made that update. We wound up finding the townhome we eventually purchased on our own. And when we put in an offer, Caroline put all of her energy into advocating for the seller's interests. I really had to fight with her to get her to accept my offer and subsequent negotiations before she would pass them along to the seller's agent. As far as selling my condo, that was a complete disaster. I regretfully accepted a lowball cash offer that I received from a lottery jackpot winner. Caroline was so desperate for her commission that she offered to cut her commission as part of her way of cajoling me into accepting the offer. I spent too much money preparing the unit for market on her advice, and accepted too little in the sale. Joe Cassar may be a better agent, based on the other reviews that I'm reading of this Realty firm. But if you ever work with Caroline, you should be prepared to receive a lot of bad advice with a combative attitude.

Will negotiated thoughtful on our behalf and included things we would have never thought of independently (e.g., free temporary occupancy of our home for two months, just in case our home purchase was stalled in any way) and provided expert counsel throughout about engaging effectively with potential buyers, considering offers, and then walking through the sale process with our buyers. We did a lot of research prior to listing our home/purchasing our next one - spoke with several traditional seller's agents, read articles, considered the option of doing a FSBO, and also met with Will at Redefy. When we decided to go with Redefy, we had heeded and considered concerns about pitfalls we may encounter. Weighing everything, and after reviewing what Will and Redefy had to offer - we decided to try out this flat-rate, full-service model and I'm thrilled that we did. They list your home and drop a sign in your front yard and leave a bluetooth lockbox on your front door. The listings are in FMLS, MLS and all the websites (zillow, etc). They charge $300 for the listing up front (which is actually normal pricing to list) then you pay the remaining $3000 at closing. Literally as simple as that. They utilizing the ShowtingTime app on your phone so all listings are approved by you. I listed my house to give 3% to the buyer's agent which gives the incentive for all realtors to show your home. My home sold in just 3 weeks. Overall the experience with Redefy was great. The only downfall was communication could be slow at times, as you're not working with your personal realtor but more of a company. It was never bad though, and I never had an issue. Just note that if you have a question/concern/issue, you may not hear back immediately (but you will usually within 24 hours). But, you are saving thousands but going with Redefy, so that's a small price to pay. Danielle is the main point of contact for closing, and she's AWESOME to work with. Overall I highly recommend Redefy from my experience!! Everyone was great to work with and as stated, I saved $9,500!
