From maintenance issues to rodent infestation, my family had to break our lease after 6 months of living in one of the properties. Since the first day of moving in, multiple appliances were not working properly or at all. This company lacks communication with their tenants and when they do, it takes weeks for them to have a solution to our issues. Someone will come out to attempt to fix something but end up leaving as if nothing had been done. We were fed up when we stopped receiving feedback and when rats started coming into our house. They started only invading our attics but made their way inside our livable space through the bottom of our dishwasher. The exterminator came twice and didn't solve anything but make matters worse. He set traps in the attic in which it led to dead rats and then flies coming into the home. The rodents left feces in different spots and consumed my dog's food from time to time. I will keep physical evidence of all the videos and pictures that my mom and I took throughout these horrible 6 months within the house we lived in. We are currently moved out and somewhere much better. Steer clear of any properties under this company!

She has a lot of great reviews, and I do not mean to detract from that. I wish her the best, but at the same time, I thought that, in all fairness, I need to tell of my experience. My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job.
