Have I been blacklisted? For trying to pay my bills on time??? I literally hate having to interact with GCI in any way now and I'm pretty sure that's not how the client/provider relationship is supposed to work. Their cell service is hit or miss, especially traveling around Alaska, leaving much to be desired. Their WiFi is amazing!!! However, it's so expensive that you'll have to decide between feeding your kids and paying for decently fast internet. I will be warning my friends and family away from GCI unless they can offer a quality of customer service that matches the quality of their products at an ACTUALLY affordable price.
