Believe the bad reviews. This dental office is truly a nightmare. Notice how between 2018 and present (2020) this office receives nothing but horrible reviews. STAY AWAY!! I first time I visited this office was in 2017 and I got fooled into paying for their "treatment plan." I financed the treatment after my insurance paid for the rest of the services. Through the following years, I continued to witness the great amount of turnover in their staff. It felt like every week someone quit and got replaced by someone worse. Dr. Schemeiser is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. A treatment that was suppose to take 8 months, took 2 years to complete and every time I attended, I would be harassed and told I owed money for services I had already paid for. They called me all the time trying to make go back there for my second dental cleaning which they had told me it was covered under my health insurance I got there and they were even trying to make me get a job I already had done at their office at the beginning of the year..... then they told me that because of COVID I had to pay in front $230 for a cleaning which was not even good and super overpriced and that I was going to get reimbursed by my insurance company within three weeks.. turns out they no longer belong their network and I was never reimbursed but lied... they are a mess only trying to get people's money they are probably telling patients they need to get unnecessary treatments .. super disappointing... Kendall Breeze is top notch. First of all, I have horrible teeth. Needed extractions and fillings. No judgment just professionalism. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Rodriguez helped me prepare for radiation treatment. I love this office! I get my cleanings here and any other regular dental stuff. BUT most recently I saw Dr. Schmeiser offers lip fillers and I really wanted to try them. She made me feel super comfortable with making the decision and I went for it. She's gentle and did EXACTLY what I wanted, just some plumping to accentuate my natural shape. It didn't really hurt at all. I totally recommend lip fillers with her if you're thinking about getting them! read more

I went to this dentist and had a great cleaning. Afterward he sat me down with my x-rays and told me that I had 8 cavities!!! (or carries is what he called them). I was flabbergasted! He then proceeded to bring in his financial lady to talk about payment plans and opening a credit card for the bill of $1800 that I was going to have. They even had me put a down payment on my fillings. After that I had two more opinions at other dentist practices and they both said I had zero cavities!!! Needless to say, I will not be back to Kendall Breeze Dental Centers. However, what I will say is that the facility was very clean and the doctor seemed to be knowledgeable for the most part. read more

Psychopaths, harassers. I sent them an email telling them I didn't want to keep their plan that doesn't cover anything and they end up charging you exorbitant prices for everything anyway ($425 for an extraction, 40 minutes total of their time ? I have to work 30 hours to pay that !), they ignored my email and charged my card two more times. I had to call the credit card and dispute the charges and replaced the card. She (Kathy) kept send me emails and calling me to set an appointment for a cleaning. Finally one day pick up the phone and told her clearly three times "I want you to stop calling". Next day I got another email and just now she called again and left a message like nothing happened. I believe in second chances and I'm a very patient person. But the services and prices are horrible at this dentist. They try anything to charge you more money, they even try to charge you for work that was already paid for. I was told that a person can speak with the dentist at anytime for questions, mysteriously they are never available. Then there is their belief of removing fillings because they are made with mercury. I have a strong belief, if it's not broken, you shouldn't fix it. I would not put any star, but I have to do something. This is for the location on 12001 SW 128 CT. Based on my experience in 2017-2018 I stopped going there because of the orthodontist ( THE WIFE) . My daughter is very apprehensive and did not like going. She did get upset when she had to go. Near the end, someone dropped the ball on returning the retainer for my daughter. I was upset about this situation. That is when the WIFE orthodontist started to become rude to me because I complained. She said I was rude to her staff and that it wasn't their fault. However, I was promised to have everything, which I PAID FOR and had the right to ask for, when they promised. It took three months to get retainer. I have records of every phone call. Soon, with the follow up appointments, which I could not attend, the Dentist's WIFE, started to take out her frustration with me on my daughter. She got into my daughters face and yelled at her that she should not be calling her "mommy" and complaining about anything. That was IT. I went in to talk to her about her words, of course she did not make herself present. I owned my part of the situation and apologized to the staff if I was rude. OF COURSE SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING!! We just called them for records, they said they would follow up and send the release forms, of course the did not. Now we have to go in person to get the information. However, I loved her husband, he was the dentist. He was always kind and understanding. If he was in the practice alone, I would highly recommend it. His wife brought the energy down. read more

Do not go to this dentist unless you are found of pain. Went in for a filling. four days later while eating scrambled eggs, the tooth next to the filling shatters. Went in to take care of it and a root canal was started. The rods implanted to kill the nerve went trough the tooth and were going into the gum! It was incredibly painful! Had to go to a root canal specialist and then another dentist to repair the damage done . It's bad enough that they caused me so much pain, but then when I refused to pay for the butchering job they did to my tooth, they sent me to a collection agency. Stay away from them, they are bad news. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. My experience was unpleasant all around. It started with a lengthy wait time, then a rushed, abrasive visit by the doctor, and ended with being flashed an estimate for multiple procedures. When I asked for a copy of the x-rays, I was given the runaround and then charged money to obtain copies! Well, I just left a REAL dentist-and the difference was astonishing! They were on time and took professional x-rays (not incomplete/inadequate ones like Kendall Breeze.) The dentist was wonderful, gave me a thorough exam, and prescribed reasonable treatment. It has been almost three years to the date since my initial review of Kendall Breeze and i have been truly DISGUSTED in this company!!! I have attempted to schedule a cleaning for over four months only to get the run around...example: 1. no return call to schedule, 2. When i call they claim to only have one person cleaning who just happens to be on vacation for the next month 3. They're only taking appointments for work OTHER than cleaning. I have also tried to make appointments with the dentist who did my initial work as i have become increasingly disappointed in the job. Can't get an appointment with him either!!! I have spoken with "Sarah" and "Adrianna " of the office staff, both whom have lied and not kept their words. Please! Please! Please! DISREGARD my first review!!!!!! The doctor and his assistants are the best. They know what they're doing and they make sure you leave the facility completely well. They worried about you and they follow up after your treatment. It took me a while before writing this review as I was so upset with the treatment at this office: it is a two faced establishment. They give you their best face at first- meeting the staff, the Drs and being open. Once they do the "exam" they diagnose you with everything you can think of. They make drawings for you, explain how life threatening gum disease is for you and how contagious it is. They push a treatment plan on you of thousands of dollars and leave you alone with the financial coordinator to run your credit to push a credit line on you. You feel so pushed and shoved that you accept. They tell you you can speak to them whenever with any questions and when it comes down to it, they never answer. I went to get a second opinion and had NOTHING that they originally said. They charged everything to the credit and have yet to respond on my refund. You call and they give you the run around that you have to come in-only to be cornered and bullied by the Drs so you do the treatment they want yet you don't need. I googled the Dr and he is part of a Scientology scam who teach them how to push treatment on people, and use social techniques to pressure you. They are trained bullies- so please beware!!! You will waste your money or never get it back!!!! read more

The dentist are nice people but the manager Adriana is not only rude but tries to run the office as if it was hers, she charges without consent and is extremely rude, she's hung up phone calls when she feels like it!!! She has kicked me out not wanting to give me my last retainer because i confronted her about making payments without consenting first! The people in the front are rude as well!!! Don't come here! My diagnosis was a root canal and something told me to get a second opinion so I did and turns out now I'm feeling great without having to do a root canal as they suggested here. That's INSANE, why make a situation seem worse then what it actually is. They are so into the money and not about your overall dental health. Unless you want to spend unnecessary money I wouldn't recommend it here. The place is nice and clean, front desk ladies are nice, so I will say that. read more

If I could sue to get all the money I wasted on this place I would. Save your money and go to a professiinal. I had 2 root canals badly done and both got infected again and had to be pulled out. The dentist i went to said rhe root canal was not cleaned properly. I am beyond upset!!!! This dentist doesnt care about patients only cares about money. This company is a fraud!! They charged my credit card $750 in January 2018 for a mold of my impression that was suppose to be done at a later date. Fast forward 4 months I still have not had the service. I went to the office to get a refund and was told the manager was not available. Well Adriana was there, seems she is great at avoiding disgruntled patients. The manager explained that in order to get a refund I would have to see the Dr. who signed the order for the services I no longer want from them. I asked for a copy of everything they had previously done, the response was I'll email it to you. That never happen so I went ahead and disputed the charge with my card company. Now you want to respond to my card company with services justifying the charges you did not provide for the charge in question!! They are expensive, recommend services you don't need and if you don't believe me go see them and then ask for a second opinion. I will be reporting them to DBPR!!! read more
