They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. My pool kept having lots of issues. We had cascading calcium falling off the walls of my pool which has irreparably damaged the new finish (this was caused by them not managing my PH. It was at 8.6 when I finally got it tested; it should be 7.4-7.6) To constant algae issues which had me cleaning the filter every few days to keep the pool clear. Finally I decided to have the water tested at my local pool store. I needed $90 worth of salt, stabilizer, and acid just to get my pool back to normal. I fired them after this. Since taking over my own pool and properly checking the chemical balance I have had no issues. Their tech only uses the instant strips to check, snd they never seems to want to add the chemicals it actually needs, instead they seem to favor just adding more chlorine (probably cause it's cheap). My Mom also has used them for over a year, and has ended their relationship today as well for the same reasons. Her salt level was at 2000 when it should be at 3000-3400. Did they add salt? Nope, just poured chlorine into a salt water pool and not fixing the actual problem. She needed $80 worth of chemicals to get it back to normal. If you have a salt water pool do not hire them. If you have a chlorine pool maybe that's ok since they love adding chlorine.

This was up until mid February when my weekly pool service suddenly stopped (NOT for lack of payment) and I was never given a reason why. I called, messaged, texted and NEVER once did I receive a response from their founder. I found that to be very unprofessional after so many years of service. I was very disappointed. My Pool Guy, who comes weekly let me know that my salt cell, which is less than two years old was…read moreno longer producing chlorine. I contacted this company to come out and conduct a warranty replacement. The replacement was approved by Hayward yet this company sent out a Technician who didn't have all the necessary equipment and who ended up determining that the Cell was working by running one test, he put in bucket of water. He then said it was working fine, so I immediately called my Pool Guy and put him on speaker because the Tech was about to leave. My Pool Guy, who had already stated that the cell was not working and not producing chlorine, asked the technician if certain tests had been done. Technician who was about to leave them said he was going to run those tests but didn't. He took a sample of water and left without replacing the bad cell. I have yet to hear from company stating what tests revealed and I don't know why they didn't replace the cell if it's bad. I would not recommend this company or at minimum the technician who came to my house. I am now scrambling to see how I get this cell replaced since it's still under warranty. This company also tried to charge $200 an hour for warranty replacement work.
