They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. I contacted this company to come out and conduct a warranty replacement. The replacement was approved by Hayward yet this company sent out a Technician who didn't have all the necessary equipment and who ended up determining that the Cell was working by running one test, he put in bucket of water. He then said it was working fine, so I immediately called my Pool Guy and put him on speaker because the Tech was about to leave. My Pool Guy, who had already stated that the cell was not working and not producing chlorine, asked the technician if certain tests had been done. Technician who was about to leave them said he was going to run those tests but didn't. He took a sample of water and left without replacing the bad cell. I have yet to hear from company stating what tests revealed and I don't know why they didn't replace the cell if it's bad. I would not recommend this company or at minimum the technician who came to my house. I am now scrambling to see how I get this cell replaced since it's still under warranty. This company also tried to charge $200 an hour for warranty replacement work.

We're really not knowledgeable on pool parts etc., so we asked a lot of questions. They were very patient, and were supportive when we mentioned taking their estimate elsewhere to see if it was standard. Their estimate was totally fair, and I appreciated that they weren't pushy and didn't try to rush us into a decision. The service was excellent, as usual. Glad to have found a reliable company for my parents. One less thing to worry about! One other note - there is a company with a very similar name that also works in the area called Dadeland Pool Plus. I think they're more of a pool supply company? I don't know, but I inadvertently called them a few times when trying to reach Dadeland Pool. It was def a little confusing before I realized what was going on.

I had found out that the company I was previously using was not fully licensed and we're not qualified for pool maintenance which I should have realized given the cheap price. I did dome digging and realized most are not qualified! They don't have the licenses on their trucks so if anything were to happen to my pool they wouldn't be qualified to fix it! Naturally I went in search for a qualified company and found Dadeland Pool. They have a great reputation and have been around since the early 70's and most importantly they are fully certified! My pool is always clean and most importantly I love my pool tech! They do repairs and much more! Great service! I highly recommend!
