We must have gone through 3-4 different unreliable pool companies before being lucky enough to find SoFlo Pools. Here's what is our condominium building loves about SoFlo Pools! 1. They have a super cool report system that emails a picture and chemical report each time they service the pool so that you know it's safe for swimming. 2. Affordable. We were with them for two years, prior to receiving a modest fee increase. 3. Similar to another reviewer, we had a non-functioning hot tub / spa. SoFlo Pools was the only company to work with us to repair the system. It was complicated, and they figured it out, and installed a new control system. 4. Customer service responds quickly via phone or email. And on more than one occasion, one of the company owners has assisted us in problem solving.

We went through like 3 or 4 different companies before this and they were all terrible - people not showing up, doing half the job, you know the drill. Started working with Blueviel back in March and honestly it's been night and day. These guys just get it, like they actually understand what it takes to run a good operation business. Their staff show up when they say they will, they're always in uniform and professional, The thing that really impressed me though is how easy they are to work with. We had this situation last month where a guest checked out early and we had another family coming in like 3 hours later and I called them kind of freaking out and they just handled it, no complaints or upcharges or anything. Their customer service team is super responsive too, like they actually pick up the phone which seems rare these days. Price wise they're totally fair, maybe even a little cheaper than the last company we used and the quality is way better so that's a win. They've also been really flexible with our schedule since we have turnover happening all the time, sometimes on weird days or short notice. They insisted to paint the copping with the same paint the floor was painted. when they finished the job was very nice until July 2025 the paint of the copping started to fade.I call Juan Carlos and he told me the only thing he could to for me was paint the spots that were with bubbles.
