However, today, I have no choice…read more I've been using Village Pool for years until this morning that I discovered that I'm pay well over $100 for their pool guy to come and just pour 2 5 gallons of chlorine without testing the water. They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. I cancelled my service as of today and will no longer be using them. Best of luck.

Which in my humble opinion is a fair reason having sat in traffic going only 25 miles that can take over an hour plus depending on the time of day, accidents, and weather. So I took that review off. But then Chris sent me another message saying thank you and even offered to review quotes for me so I would not be taken advantage of. This is an above and beyond offer and I felt that I needed to let everyone know. My only regret is that they don't come to Homestead, because my feelings are that Chris and his company are one of the good guys.

Palm Beach but we received 3 very outrageous quotes and others that said the job was too small for them. I am a review nut and found Blue Magic Pools in Coral Springs , I phoned and Serge made an appointment that afternoon. We received a very fair quote but I was really impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We wanted to add a marble coping and he allowed us to go to his wholesaler to select a gorgeous marble, the selection was incredible. Serge oversaw every detail of the entire job and had his talented team of tilers and electricians along with him. We were given a time frame and Serge delivered exactly when he said. We're really not knowledgeable on pool parts etc., so we asked a lot of questions. They were very patient, and were supportive when we mentioned taking their estimate elsewhere to see if it was standard. Their estimate was totally fair, and I appreciated that they weren't pushy and didn't try to rush us into a decision. The service was excellent, as usual. Glad to have found a reliable company for my parents. One less thing to worry about! One other note - there is a company with a very similar name that also works in the area called Dadeland Pool Plus. I think they're more of a pool supply company? I don't know, but I inadvertently called them a few times when trying to reach Dadeland Pool. It was def a little confusing before I realized what was going on.

I had found out that the company I was previously using was not fully licensed and we're not qualified for pool maintenance which I should have realized given the cheap price. I did dome digging and realized most are not qualified! They don't have the licenses on their trucks so if anything were to happen to my pool they wouldn't be qualified to fix it! Naturally I went in search for a qualified company and found Dadeland Pool. They have a great reputation and have been around since the early 70's and most importantly they are fully certified!
