Once I was on one and it glitched on me going from 3.6 speed to 6! Anyway, if that wasn't enough there's virtually no space and you may bump into people on equipment (dangerous). The locker room smells and the classes are always full. Sure if you want a lesser expensive gym w a sauna, maybe you could forgive all of those issues, but for me it's just not it. I will say the customer service is phenomenal. Everyone who works there surely make up for the lackluster gym experience.

The facility is massive -- it almost feels like a mall. There's a cafe, indoor pool, plenty of fitness areas, and spacious locker rooms. Everything felt very clean here which is a plus. The Sunday 10:45am vinyasa class was advertised as "medium heat" but it barely felt heated. The instructor wasn't my favorite and the flow felt clunky and disorganized. Her queueing wasn't very clear and if I were a newbie yogi, I'd be pretty confused. Most of the class was spent in child's pose or savasana and I would've preferred more time to flow and play. The studio itself is fairly small for the size of the rest of the gym. As a guest recently, I had to download the app in order to get my guest pass which was pretty annoying. I've never seen another gym do that and didn't appreciate the extra hoops to jump through. Overall, if this gym was closer and less expensive I'd consider it but for now, I appreciate the chance to be a guest here.

It feels like all the money goes to extras like the sitting areas, pickleball courts, classes that cost additional money, etc. The only gym area is the second floor, and even that is taken up by classes. Machines are often broken and dirty, kids are CONSTANTLY running around unsupervised and playing on the equipment, and the gym etiquette has taken a severe hit. You see people filming, reading up multiple machines, sitting for an hour while scrolling, and not putting things back. I had to change my workout so many times because the free weights were missing entire bands of weights. Again, the staff is incredibly kind and nice. But the gym does not deserve the almost $200 a month price point. I would pay $40.

Glen Burnie Park Swim Club is the definition if a family swim club. It is located in a quiet…read moreneighborhood next to a basketball and tennis court. The guards know all of the members and are always friendly and fun for the kids. My children always have fun playing with kids of all ages in the pool, going off the diving board, and on the playground. The swim team is a family, the kids learn so much more than how to swim and the parents become your friends. They have raft nights, movie nights, and other fun events. There is no place I'd rather spend my summers.

Not a huge place but large enough to contain the larger crowds on busier days. While they do provide umbrellas, bring your own lawn/beach chairs as they only have plastic deck chairs. Watermont has a lot of activities for families, kids and adults. Parties, movie nights, etc. Swim team seems to have a great following (we're not involved), as every time there is a swim meet there all of the roads get bunged up with parked cars. We often go there when they open, before lunch, and have pizza or something like that delivered. Makes for a nice early afternoon visit.
