Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate.
