The outer is wearing out much faster than the inner. These tires should last over 60k. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED THERE. I will not do business with them ever again. Edit: I got a 2nd opinion from another alignment shop in town and the alignment on my car appeared to be correct. I'm not sure what caused the uneven wear, especially on the outside of the tires. Tom at Broadway Wrecker was fantastic. My car was having issues with the shifting cable and the…read moretransmission lever, but all I knew was that the car didn't shift out of drive when I put it in park. I called for a tow to get it to a service shop, but Tom arrived very quickly and looked at the problem. He tried a couple different things, but ended up being able to shift my car into park and reattach the shifting cable to the transmission lever - fixing the problem. But he went above and beyond after that by trying to figure out how to keep the cable on the lever. When that didn't work, he explained in patient detail to my husband and I exactly what piece was missing and what we should do to find the part (for the lowest cost possible). He was also funny and lighthearted, which helped so much! For all of this I just had to pay the small service fee. Thanks Tom!
