Approved Automotive and Towing saved the night after my parents truck broke down along HWY 54. They were having a hard time locating a tow truck available on a Sunday night, I suggested AA&T and they were quick to send someone out. They were supposed to get paid by my insurance (as I've learned later). Instead, they pushed me in to the corner asking to pay upfront the full towing cost or else they would move on to another customer. Very dishonest people. read more

They towed my car which should have been an hour tops. 5 1/2 hours later I was informed by them that it finally made it to the repair shop. I can't confirm that because the shop is closed. Hopefully that is true. They said the driver got lost. Think so. How long did he drive before he realized that? Fortunately my insurance paid for it but I don't believe anyone should have paid for their mistake. read more

I had a friends car towed that was stranded on the side of the highway on Saturday. I am 3 hours away and had no idea who was even nearby to help. I spoke with Kathy on the phone who was very efficient and polite and got the dispatch out before I even hung up the phone.
