She had published an opportunity for discounted…read morenewborn sessions and we communicated back and forth about the due date, colors, logistics, price, etc. She never mentioned a deposit or release but did ask if I could send pictures of the windows in my house when I have a chance. A few weeks later I sent the pictures and she told me the price was now full price as she already filled her discounted slots. When I pointed out we had an agreement she said I never signed the release or paid the deposit. Both of which I knew nothing about. So unfortunately this is looking like a case of bait and switch. Offer one price and then increase it once you're committed. I have decided to find a photographer that fully discloses up front.
