Unfortunately, she didn't do her homework, and I ended up in a building in which I could hear every footstep, party, and barking dog from my neighbors. I ended up moving out a few months later. Incredulously, SF Climb charged the owner of the unit another leasing fee of over $2500 to find a new renter (I'm not sure why he decided to go with the same company, but it wasn't up to me - although I ended up agreeing to split the cost). They didn't even take pictures of the unit. (On the plus side, the unit was rented again quickly, but I think that speaks to the current demand for rental units rather than the work of Climb.) Seems to me like quite a racket.

When we informed her that it did not indicate that online, she said she'd rather not do business with us! Really? Avoid Darcy at all costs, and the entire company for employing such a dumb woman like her.
