I have not had this vehicle for a full two months and I returned back to the Moss point location because the car has been telling me that the key cannot be detected. The key that I was given was old looking and rusty like it had been sitting in water. The key is green. I asked Vicky if I could get another key and she stated very rudely, yes if you have our key policy. Upon purchasing this vehicle, I was not made aware of any additional charges or fees that needed to be paid for in case the key did not work properly. This car is a 2025. Why would the key need insurance or not detecting properly is what I was thinking... I will not be returning to Cannon Nissan in Moss point or recommending this car lot to anyone in the future proceeding. I did not feel valued or appreciated while I was there. I am just an honest working person who was trying to get a dependable vehicle.

Terrible work, mismatched paint and it took 5 months to do it…read more Lots of lip service but very little action. When I got my car there were overlooked broken motor mounts that needed replaced, parts that were not replaced including: bumper locknuts; panel clips: mud flaps: wires taped to body parts, the wrong headlight was installed (the "extra" wire was not even questioned). Electrical grounding points were painted. The paint still has fisheyes and areas are not even painted. There is overspray in the engine compartment, this is a job I would expect out of my next door neighbors carport for 50$+parts. Each time there was another excuse: "The car is low and hard to paint", "The engine compartment is not the same color as the rest of the car", "The plastic bumper does not take the paint the same as the rest of the car", "There was nothing there (body clips)". The real topper was the tape holding my headlight wires (taped to the inner fender with black electrical tape) rather than use the factory wire clips. I've taken it back and had the paintwork redone to little satisfaction, there is still missed areas and even more overspray. This work has reduced the resale value of my car by at least $10,000. I will gladly retract this post if the body shop is willing to address the issues.

Took my 2004 Chevy Impala to D & H for an over heating problem. Other shops had replaced the…read moreradiator, the water pump, and the thermostat and I was still over heating. Getting short on money ( for repairs that did not help) and patience, a friend recommended I take my car to Dave at D & H . After running a pressure test on the cooling system Dave discovered I had a blown head gasket . After further checking Dave found that when I had replaced my serpentine belt I had installed it wrong The belt diagram was missing from my engine compartment so I had gone over my water pump pulley instead of under it. That did not allow my coolant to circulate properly Dave repaired the problem at a very reasonable price and once again I can drive my Chevy and not worry about over heating
