If I could give zero stars, I would from the beginning all seemed good , was told to act fast cause…read moreit would only get worse So I had to rush to get $1400 and they called every day wanting to schedule and if I was ready to pay but once they got their money you could forget about receiving any call back they are always "sooo busy" then the technician Matt did our home and it seemed quite fast the time he spent there and they were suppose to come back 2 weeks for another treatment as an assurance they got everything but I told the inspector Dan that we were seeing more than before and he said to make sure I tell Matt to hit it hard again which I did and walked him through the house "again" this time he wasn't even here 15 minutes and you could barely notice any signs that he was so we still has the problem so they had to come yet again and I had cameras all over this time but Matt seemed like he was irritated that the job wasn't over and even suggested that we might be bringing the "bugs" back in, and I once again walked him through the whole home, showing him all the critical areas, and he assured he would attack them all and once again, he was barely here, and upon watching the video footage he barely sprayed and did not go I. The basement at all which I emphasized and also made a personal call to his wife and left our home unlocked , so obviously we still had the issue going on so I then after a week trying to get a hold of somebody requested somebody else come to this house and we got Dustin I described to him he apologized for the previous treatment we've had and we stayed outside the home this time and recorded and he did an awesome job and after inspecting when he left, it was day and night the treatment from Matt to Dustin ridiculous so we still had a little bit left and then they sent out another guy who is new Dakota and he also did an awesome job for somebody who was there for only six months which is how it should've been done the first two times. Matt caused our family and our home to be turned upside down for over three months and then to make us think it was because of us. we shouldn't have to pay for anything. It's ridiculous. I would never recommend them and if you do use them make sure you use video recording in your home because we were told everything were sprayed that I had showed him and it wasn't.

He set out 6 containers of poison and told me the paperwork he left me would tell me what chemicals were used. There is no indication in the paperwork what he used. Will cancel within the three days prescribed by law and find someone else true to their word who will inspect for evidence of entry points. The technician and phone rep were both very nice and polite, but the phone rep lied about their services and products. Their politeness is why I give two stars instead of one.

Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

We have ants and silverfish problem in our house…read more Emil did a great job with the customer service, very helpful, responsive, and gives a pretty good rundown what would be expected. The price is pretty reasonable, especially for 2 pests, and not overcharged as other companies. It comes with 2 visits, 2 weeks apart from the first. However, the on site experience was not as great as mentioned. Technician came, went to spraying right away, and it felt like he was in a rush. Did not really check what might be the cause of the infestation (would not be an easy thing to investigate, but we did not really see the effort to find the cause). We see a great reduced number of ants, but still see a few lingering around, not as concerned number as before, but we feeling better about the ants. Also, 2 weeks after the second treatment we keep seeing silverfish back even after the treatment and trap was applied (they mentioned the number might increase the following week/10 days after treatment due to them trying to leave the premises, or longer since the treatment is pet/child safe product and it might take a bit to work). After the 2 visits, extra visit/treatment will cost extra, even with some pests coming back. - Giving a 5 stars still since they gave me a full refund due to my dissatisfaction with the service on site. Treatment did not do as well to the my pests situation, but great customer priority, owning up to their words, and honesty overall.
