The girls that work the drive up window and the front counter are some of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the opportunity to come into contact with. She went over my account and stated I have a balance and needed to pay it, very rudely like a creditor. I told her I needed the tank removed and a refund for the propane that's still in the tank. I'm giving four stars for past service, the techs that installed the tank were really friendly and knowledgable. Never had an issue with them until I needed to terminate service.
