I'm from out of town and go to do a walk in. one person is getting a haircut by one stylist and the…read moreother girl standing at the front desk says "are you on the list" meanwhile no one else is waiting or even in the store. she proceeds to tell me she can't cut my hair with an hour and 20 minutes until closing because she has to wait for the online check ins to show up. keep in mind NOT ONE PERSON IN STORE ON THE LIST, but couldn't cut my hair..... what a joke and honestly should be ashamed to employ her.
