The caregivers that weren't as good don't tend to stay on very long. Waits are not usually long and they arrange testing in advance of physicals. There have been a couple of times when we had to get results online but these have been crazy times and those events were more the exception than the rule. They have worked with us through Covid and associated testing and we see no reason we won't be with them for years to come.

I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!

Today while parking, I noticed a sign for a farmers market in front of the building. There appeared to be individuals selling honey, fruit, vegetables, and other items on the side of the building. Today my appointment was scheduled on the 3rd floor at the Surgical Specialties Clinic. This floor appears to still have some ongoing construction on one end. Thankfully the elevator made this a convenient and painless trip to my appointment. It was easy to find where I needed to go. This was a very calm and spacious floor during my visit. I even had a nice view while waiting. The VA now has a check-in online option for your appointments. They will text you with a link to do so. If you're not signed up for text notifications, you may ask the staff for assistance to set this up. I still chose to check in with the desk as well. This option could be useful if you're in a rush or simply want to use your device to check in quickly. The reception staff, nurses, and doctors were pleasant and willing to address any questions or concerns I had. I've had past experiences in other clinics here that weren't as pleasant but I have seen progress during my most recent visits with this. There was a bit of a delay with being called to the back for my appointment, which is something that is usually a gamble. Hopefully, this is something that can become better over time as well. If anything that was my only issue today.
