Mark met with me within a couple of days to survey my property and gave me his expert opinions and recommendations. He offered so much more than I had envisioned and gave me several options to chose from. I chose the option to have my front and side yard fully covered with sod. I also had a driveway drainage issue when it rained, causing water to pool in my driveway up to several days. I was so impressed with Mark's patience in answering my questions and thoroughly explaining the steps on how the sod project would be completed, I had him include the estimate for a french drain to be installed as well. I accepted the offer and Mark provided timely communications and updates before the project began. On the day of the project, Mark and his crew were extremely organized and work very well together. The old grass was removed and the clay soil was prepped and leveled. The 100 ft french drain was installed during the yard preparation. The top soil was applied and leveled. The sod arrived on time and installation began on the morning of its arrival. Mark and his crew had all the sod laid quickly. The team was very friendly and respectful of my property. One of the crew members found an expensive drill and gave it to me so I could return it to the Spectrum technician who left it when he was moving the cable lines. I worked from home and I was not disturbed by the work going on outside from the crew. All the work was completed in two days. Now I have an HOA friendly yard! I am extremely satisfied with Prosper Landscaping Construction quality of work.

He came out April 15th to walk my yard and give me a price based on previous conversations with my husband. He gladly took my $500 deposit, commuted to dealing with the HOA, sending a contract and design and building before June 15th. "Not a problem Ma'am" he said. Cashed my check, took the money and it was almost a month before I heard from him again. I had to reach out to him and ask for the contract, design, communication with the HOA, etc and he replied a couple times then went radio silent. Haven't heard from him in a week. The money he stole is gone. No fence, no contract, nothing and to make matters worse, I bought a puppy for my kids that is coming home June 2nd. In order to get the puppy, I have to prove we have a fence. So now we've lost another $2000. Brandon WILL PAY. For EVERYTHING and charges have been filed. Don't waste your time or money with this guy. He's a total crook and liar. He came out the day after we called for a free quote. This was February 2018. He gave us a great quote and helped with the HOA docs. He even said he would build it 1 foot inside the property so no problems would arise with the neighbors. Around early April we started having problems. Problems with contacting him, problems with him reaching back out, problems scheduling when he was going to start the fence. Just PROBLEMS! Blamed it on the rain, him not feeling well, no help, the weather. Just everything. We had already paid so we weren't going to cancel now. He finally gets the fence up about 3 weeks after we were told. Fast forward only 3 months later. Our fence is leaning and our gate isn't closing properly. We contacted him multiple times. He either didn't respond or gave an excuse. Finally in September he said it was prolly because of the rain and the hurricane Florence (yea the one that didn't touch us). He eventually came out to look at the fence n said it was covered under warranty n he would fix it. 1 week passed, 2 weeks passed, almost 2 months and all we got were excuses why he couldn't come out. But he did ask us to share a gofundme link for his new truck on Facebook FINALLY in April 2019 he came n "fixed" the fence. It looked fixed. A couple months later it's leaning again and a neighbor has built all the way up to our fence. Turns out Brandon started the fence 1 foot within the property line and ended on the property. I emailed him about it and he said he would call back the next day. That was 6/18/19 and he STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED US! I sent a second email advising him we were still waiting a response. Have not heard from him! But he had time to post new pictures on his Facebook page. Terrible customer service! Terrible communication! Terrible craftsmanship!

We had a 400 foot chain…read morelink fence installed in December 2018 by Mike, his brother, and a laborer who in Mike's own words waa "useless". The fence included three "custom built" gates. We only used one gate until late April when my wife "tried" to use the one at the far end of our property. She was unable to open it because one of the poles that it was attached to had moved towards the gate opening (see photos). So I went out and afyer some wrestling was finally able to force it open. Getting it closed was twice as hard. I sent Mike an email explaining the situation but never heard back. Then on May 9th I messaged him through Messenger, and heard back about a week later at which time Mike told me "no problem I'll get there as soon as I can". Since then I have messaged him 4 more times through the Messenger app, once via email and 2 voicemails. I even explained that if it was a matter of free warranty work holding him back that I would in fact be happy to pay money was no issue, I just needed the gate working. In the last message (over a FIVE week period) I was basically begging and offered to pay double if he would just contact me. Still NO reply! I even told him that I would rather hear from him than have to edit my reviews and I sincerely meant it. In my business customer service means more to my customers than any product that I could sell them. And this situation is a perfect example as to why! Of the three quotes that I received for the job Mike was the most expensive but he was able to con me into believing that his after sale service was second to none! Well I am here to tell you hIs business is actually DEAD LAST to ALL! If by chance he reads this (5 weeks after my first contactl) and calls to rectify the issue I will RE-edit my review to reflect that fact. I would much rather have gates that work (there's now two with the same problem) than to bad mouth a small business...unless the small business (any small business) is too big to bother with customer service or warranty work.
