Beware of this place. When you get a quote get it in writting. I went to have a lock rekeyed and the 1st time is was not done incorrectly. That cost $21.65. Then went I went there he said she should of charge $25.00. He would not honor their work and I did not get a refund. For some reason only one lock was rekey. He said no one was there to do it so leave the locks and they will key them. He said it would be $50.00. He called me back and again on the phone he said $50.00 for both. When I got there to pick up the locks he says I am going to give you a discount and it will cost you $70.00. What happen to the $50.00 charge? I am already out $21.00. I said what happen to the $50.00 charge. I did not argue with him and paid it. We installed the new lock and it would not even work. It would not turn all the way and hard to get the key out. I return the lock to th place I bought it and said this was an espenive lesson $91.65 for something that does not work. I do not even know how they stay in busness when they are not even there half the time. I will not be going back. I would not even have them make a copy of your key. I am sure they would do that wrong as well and they will proably over charge you. read more

This is a really good locksmith, they are able to cut T5 titanium key for my 1993 Nissan Skyline GTR. I called 2 other locksmith and they wouldnt even attemtp to cut the key. The shop is full of safe and various locks. Commercial or residential they know it. I highly recommend calling them for any locksmith question you have. You can get keys cut with a machine but not many can still cut by hand with precision. Take a look at the keys they cut for me. read more

These guys know their business and they know how to treat a customer. We had two transactions with them. One was when an inconsiderate house staff mailed us a key in a flimsy envelope and when we receive the envelope it was just empty with a hole in it. Now we needed to change all the locks on the doors for security purposes. The young guy who came out from anchor was mild-mannered and professional and worked quickly in an organized fashion and was very tolerant of me and my homeschooled children asking 100 questions about the process and all his shiny tools . The second situation we had was when for some bizarre reason the linen closet door locked itself. We dissected the front of the doorknob and then were at a loss. We called Anchor and within five minutes the friendly man on the phone, Stuart, talked us through a quick fix. He could've simply scheduled us into his appointments, then charged us for him to come out but instead he attempted to let us get it done at home saving us a lot of time and money.
