I also order a tiny tiny amount of corn salsa as a garnish. Right off the bat I noticed that they were calling working for ingredients that were almost completely empty which was not a good sign. I also noticed that the woman who was taking my order did not seem to care at all while they were there. When I asked for specific portions of the mild, medium, and corn salsa they completely ignored what I said even when I asked for less of an ingredient. Even when I tried to repeat the word "less" they looked me in the eye and blatantly didn't listen. They also rolled their eyes at me when I asked for an extra scoop of tomato. I couldn't understand why this was a huge problem. The restaurant was clean and the food was still delicious which is partially why I didn't give a lower rating. I also don't understand why this location charges more for their food than other locations. Maybe I should just go there instead.

Last time i came here about a month ago, the girl wasn't sure how to charge it and asked her manager and he told her. Maybe because i ordered my food speaking English, she thought i didn't speak Spanish. She said i was being cheap and if it was a side order, they needed to put it in another container smaller next time. She gave me a bad look and rolled her eyes and me So i told her IN SPANISH, no one is trying to be cheap and get it priced cheaper. I always order it like This and last time, that same girl asked the manager and he said to it was ok do to it like that and charge a veggie bowl, furthermore, my son has allergies and can't eat everything there. She looked more stunned that i understood her talking crap in Spanish and responded fluently in Spanish. She ended up leaving the food area and going towards the back. I won't be back and I'm in this area regularly for my son's braces treatment. In my opinion, the meats here are usually the best part of the meal, whether it's the shrimp, chicken, or beef. My issue is almost always with the sides. I ordered a bowl with half rice and half vegetables, and unfortunately the sides were disappointing. The rice often seems undercooked or lacking flavor, and the noodles usually look and taste rubbery. This time, I could already tell by looking at the noodles that they were not going to be good. The vegetables also did not taste fresh or properly cooked. The broccoli and cabbage tasted almost raw, which made the meal less enjoyable. Since I was really hungry and had not eaten lunch, I forced myself to eat it, but it still was not satisfying. I do enjoy the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and that is probably the main reason I still consider Panda Express sometimes. However, the side dishes really need improvement. Customers should not have to pay for rice, noodles, or vegetables that are bland, rubbery, or undercooked. After this experience, I would rather bring my lunch from home. At home, you know exactly what is going into your food. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to give an honest review, and this is mine.

I was immediately struck by how clean, well lit, spacious with ample seating this location is. Rosina the cashier was exceptional and she even brought my drink and food to me as I was a little out of it. Feeling completely refueled after a nosh in a/c without feeling rushed. I saw several kind employees interacting professionally with other customers. The manager, I believe named Seynard was walking around ensuring everyone was happy. I guess I am a chick fil a convert

If I didn't make a big deal about it, it would have never been fixed and that's sad, because I consider myself almost a regular paying customer. I do enjoy the breakfast as I said.
