I didn't notice at first, but there was someone tailing me. I walked back and forth to be certain. Soon he was just standing two feet away from me. I ended up buying some plants (which I probably shouldn't have. One had some sort of blight.) I was going to ask for help at the counter. However, they were pretty rude at the cash and it was then I realized the follower worked there. Then two of them followed me all the way to the car. I don't know if they thought my pregnant belly was a plant or something, but I was just wearing a summer dress and sandals. No where to hide anything. Plus I was holding my wallet. No purse at all. Honestly, I was scared of the two workers following me. I called my friend to tell her just in case they decided to jump me. When I got to the car, they stared at me and quickly put my plants in the back, then drive away. I have never seen such behaviour and I'm still wondering if they were planning to jump or attack me. I will not shop there again.

I've been picking up my flowers and herbs for a couple years here. They've always been great quality, bloom wonderfully, and just generally healthy happy plants (anything contrary to that is because of user error). I also love their hardware. Such pretty pots and vases. Once in awhile, they have pretty good deals. They had a bunch of potted herbs for about $2.00 at the beginning of this summer. We also picked up a bonsai on sale. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so even though the center is huge, it doesn't feel too intimidating.

The staff are amazing; so friendly and helpful (shout out to Giancarlo for gardening tips), while the selection is mind-boggling! We spent over 2 hours and left with plants we couldn't find elsewhere, like Birds of Paradise, bougainvillea, blueberry cherry tomatoes, broccolini, and so much more! We bought a blueberry bush last year, and the berries tasted a bit sour, but Valleyview has several varieties, like Jelly Bean! We ended up getting 4 different bushes! We spent several hundred dollars, and returned a few days later to pick up more items! I had to urge my husband to stop - lol This is definitely our go-to place from now on! This place gave me the impression that the Kim's were waiting around for a developer to gobble up their corner property for redevelopment; maybe it happened already. I found the building was an era of the past with mismatch rooms, uneven flooring, makeshift extensions. The word relic kept popping into my mind. If you can get beyond that, there are plenty of plants choices, Koi fish, gardening & pond supplies,, pots, lawn ornaments, etc. The prices were on the high side...my wife knows as our own garden is a testament. Purchases must be over $10 to use credit or debit cards. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We made purchases but this was a one and done.

It was the first time I would own a fiddle leaf fig, so I was nervous as I know of its reputation as a high maintenance plant. Alex was so helpful, helping us with the plant selection and providing a lot of information regarding how to care for them. Even a month after I bought the plants, he was great with communicating with me and answering my questions about caring for my diva plants. Absolutely fantastic customer service. They also have sleeping flowers that have been flash frozen and will last up to 10 years. These are super low maintenance as you only have to water them once a month. The shopkeeper was friendly and answered all my questions. The only downside is they are sometimes closed even though the hours are listed as open. However, it wasn't a big deal for me since I live close enough and am at T&T often enough that I can head upstairs for a quick check. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of the plants and the level of service I received and would definitely sign up to do a terrarium diy lesson!

One day, my girl and I were supposed to get a birthday present for a friend, and she suggested me this plant shop. When I checked it out on IG, I instantly thought "this is the place!!!!". Boy am I so so so glad Plant It is a permanent store because they have such a variety of adorable plants, pots, decorations and etc. I ended up putting together something for a friend and for my dad (whom I had just had an argument with the day prior). It took a lot to not buy everything in the store. The owner is so sweet, helpful and professional! She packaged my purchases so cleverly to be able to transport them home.
