If anyone questions why hospital emergency rooms are used for non life threatening care- this office is one one of the reasons. Lying to the public and actually using a 20 foot neon sign to promote the lie, is rediculous and reprehensable. I will make sure everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. The lack of communication is abominable. I had to reschedule an appointment. The phones were not…read moreworking in their office on Friday. I called Monday around 9 am and left a message asking for someone to return the call. By 3 pm, no one had called me back. I did the waiting game on hold as 'all representatives are helping other patients ' for 12 plus minutes. I finally had a live person answer and was able to cancel the appointment. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule. That hasn't happened. Second, my 3 month check up on an intervention done by one of their doctors in November still has not happened. I've had another procedure since and no one even asked about the previous procedure. I was referred to Iowa Heart for a procedure to help with the circulation in my legs. That hasn't even been addressed!!! I'm checking with my insurance to find a more communicative and caring surgeon.
